The most important things is to understand the fundamentals of whatever it is you're trying to draw. A quick list of subjects to get your started:
>Construction: Understanding the underlying shapes and forms of complex images.
>Studies: Still lifes for everyday objects and figure drawings/gesture drawings for humans.
>Proportions: Identifying the "correct" definitions of the human body, the proportional size of one body part to another/how they compare.
The biggest challenge with the human body is that it's a very complicated thing, so it'll take time to actually understand and emulate. That's why so many people hide hands/feet, suck at faces, always hide ears, use the same body type for everything, etc. There are thousands of resources available online for learning how to draw people. What >>16686031 posted isn't exactly for beginners, but it'd help you. Two names that are a good reference are Andrew Loomis and George Bridgman, both of whom have much more extensive books on the subject of people, and you can usually find scans from both of them relatively easily.

God, that's the worst sorta shit. Be way easier just to redraw the face turned more away, really. They did a face turned away in their other pic so they can certainly do it(to the best of their abilities).
That anchor leg closest veiwer has the width indication on the wrong side if it's supposed to match the stem of the anchor. Should be on the bottom towards us.

Shit my bad, I typoed. The knee under the thigh.
So check out these running images, the back raised leg the knee ends up lower than the knee on the near leg. If you draw in the pelvis/hips on your pic and draw straight line down to where the knees would both be you'll see you've got the calf and foot of that back leg up too high. Once I drew in the joints over the pic I realised that was the issue that makes the back leg look like it's too far behind- it's actually just too far up. Like she's sticking her leg straight back at the hip instead of bent at the knee. Hope that makes sense.

By paid videos you mean patroen tutorials or something along those lines? Or is it just adult content? Because as far as references go, I'd rather get stuff that shows some pose or object or pattern or feature from as many different angles and with as much variation as possible - though if you found some outstanding material that doesn't really constitute as "reference pic" but is of above average quality, I'm okay with that too.
Anyhow, updated the mega again, there should be some more goodies, I'm going to go back on my older drives to see if I have anything else I missed the first time around. To reiterate, I'm a shit artist so if you've got any tips, do write them down in the thread, I specifically made a "Motivational and Screencaps" folder solely for stuff that I may find being suggested by other artists.

Sadly all websites I know that host videos are prone to DMCA takedowns. You COULD put them on Openload or Verystream, two rather cancerous sites, and just drop links into some text file or something like that. Or just make multi-part webms using one of the guides and drop them without referencing that they're paid shit. But at any rate, any help is greatly appreciated.

Huh, in a way, yes. If that piece of art is truly meaningful to someone other than the artist (and artists are notoriously self critical or aggrandizing) then it should be his duty to save it and spread it to other people. The artist on the other hand has to make sure that his work is available to the people supporting him, not talking about freeloading but in general I really despise how Patreon is generating basically art-whores who don't use it to support themselves but rather plaster their orange sticker all over their big tittie anime girls and get pissed off when someone shares it after paying for it.
