Are there any actually good business games? Keeping a restaurant, a factory, a software developer, a farm, or something of that sort in the black and managing your employees really appeals to me, but most games revolving around this are extremely shallow and you've done everything there is to do in 3-4 hours tops.
Some examples are Production Line which is neat, but there's no variety, Gear City which I'm not autistic enough for, Farm Manager or whatever, which is very shallow and generally shit, Software Inc and Startup Company which are both very shallow, and all those shitty diner dash clones.
