Leave passed with 52%. Whether or not they'd get the same numbers today is somewhat of an open question. They really ramped up the pro-EU, anti-nationalist propaganda since then. Additionally many Leave voters were in older age groups and younger people tended to vote Remain - if that trend holds, as time goes on the vote will gradually swing towards staying in the EU.
