As a once tall fatty of 295, I can you that you still look like a disgusting piece of shit. Lost it about 4 years ago and have been down to 160 since then. Don't neglect your exercises, but understand that they don't drive calorie loss. You can't outrun a fork, and exercising while overweight can actually cause significant long-term damage. While you're fat, stick to low-impact shit like riding a bike, walking, swimming, etc. Don't try to run, for the love of god, you'll shred your knees. As odd as it sounds, you running isn't an instinct for people. You have to learn how to run, otherwise you're going to be landing your foot wrong and putting 150+ pounds (plus the energy and momentum to move it) at odd angles - unevenly distributing that weight on organic systems that were never designed to withstand those kinds of stresses.
Don't start high-impact shit until you're within a spitting distance of a normal weight range. Also, weight train nigger. Your skin is absolutely fucked from being a landwhale, and it will never recover. Outside of cosmetic surgery, your best bet is to fill the empty void with muscle - and since muscle takes an incredible amount of calories to sustain, having more of it will increase the rate of your weight loss by raising your BMR/TDEE.
Also, look into intermittent fasting. Decide if it's right for you. Works wonders for me. I'm on a 18/6 fast, and if I need to cut - I just shave off two days where I don't eat anything aside from a single light meal to go with my supplements. An orange, a banana, and a boiled egg.

I used to be 290, but I gained like 40lbs weightlifting and then some from being lethargic. I used to go to the gym for five day per week and was pretty strong then, but not in at least half a year. I'm in the range of 6'10" to 7'1" or (208 to 215cm I think for non-burgers) I don't like being too specific when it comes to my height because I could be identified fairly easily. I do run for about half a mile on days I do go to the gym, which is limited to two at the moment, but I swim almost every day. The reason why I got fatter is because I got a weird job that fucks with my sleep schedule, but I've finally got a grip on that now.

A lot depends on how old you are, how heavy you are, and how long you've been there. The younger you are and the sooner you decide to lose the weight rather than live with it - you skin will rebound much more effectively.
I lost weight at about 2lbs a week, and despite getting a decent musclebed on my abs, I still have a pouch of crepe skin hanging down that collects on my belt-line. Not enough to pose a health hazard, but still looks like shit and occasionally gets pinched in my belt buckle. Turn the wrong way, and it feels like getting your balls caught in your zipper.
Still, it's a hell of a lot better than being fat. It's a constant reminder that there are concequences for bad life choices.

I'm not that worried about the sugar content. My calories are within my TDEE, and the fiber in the fruit slows down the rate of sugar absorption so it's not spiking my insulin. I have no experience in cardio because it kills gains and I hate having to warmup for 20 minutes to then do 40 minutes of boring cardio when I can train for 30 minutes in which 70% of the time is pauses, the other 30% high intensity.
If you are to do cardio, you should end your workouts with it, you can also do it on days off. I would alternate what cardio you do and not just do running, this way you'll spare your knees, it's not good to never let a body part rest, wrestling is cardio.

I did try some stretching techniques for about a year. Didn't help much. I can get a reliable 9.5, but my largest was near 11 and I have hardly broken 10 since. You can still lose weight eating that unhealthy shit if you can't make your own, just eat much less of it - and maybe look into taking supplements to cover any deficiencies in your micros and macros. You can get bloodwork done at just about any clinic. It's cheap, and they often have awareness days where they provide free basic checkups. That'll help you identify what you need.
Ironically, I feel much more energetic and mentally focused when I'm fasting for long periods. Colder, but more energetic. I'm not sure of the exact mechanism, but I've heard it explained that our species wouldn't have lasted very long if you only got more tired and unable to focus when going without food for a moderately extended stretch. Obviously your body can't create energy out of thin air and the effect will not last indefinitely - but there definitely seems to be a boost you get when your body is primed for the possibility that the next hunt may be your last opportunity to get food before starvation sets in.
If you're feeling lethargic from not eating, it might be an insulin problem, and will probably correct itself after a few days/weeks of staying away from excess sugar/carbs. If it doesn't, might want to see a doctor.

You can't just go out there and move your legs fast - there's a posture and manner of landing your feet that's every bit as important as proper form when lifting weights. I like eating, but because I want to become healthier I got on OMAD aka one meal a day. Very simplistically talking the old left ideology was a giant appeal to emotion ( an irrational mostly biologically driven aspect of human/higher vertebrate psyche) and that's why it was so successful. Their "rational" masquerade like "dialectic materialism" was limited to deconstruction of things they did not like or found oppressive (yet have been the foundation of healthy thriving societies tested and naturally selected over millennia of primate and even specifical human evolution). When the populist envy-driven left was forced to be debated and justify on the ethical basis of their ideology by, naturally more succesful and powerful, reactionary elements at gunpoint they tried to present themselves as the reasonable ones by demanding to reevaluate all human morality (which in reality was just highly evolved primate behavior) from bottom up. Then of course they engaged in a multitude of self-contradicting mental gymnastics upon a nihilist base, as their jewish masters had taught them to, and used extensive verboseness to conceal the lack of context in their mumblings. That of course alienated them from the angry torch and pitchfork flailing mob of plebs and ultimately ended up with the formerly "brotherhood, liberty, equality" catchphrase-spouting shitposters into not being able to meme at all.
SJWs are the ultimate and natural result of this attempt of rationalization of the left. All axiomatic and intuitive notions of goodness, decency, morality, merit and beauty have been rendered moot and replaced with a nebulous abstract notion of equality. Everything that made leftism instinctually appealing to the masses in the first place were not only abandoned but completely perverted into relativist sophistry according to which every travesty humans had evolved to find naturally repulsive is equally valid if not preferable to previously established notions of goodness, desirability and beauty.

The core idea of LotGH is that political systems are detached from morality and only as good or bad as the people running them. The primary difference everyone establishes between autocracy and republicanism isn't a matter of good or evil, but how easy it is to dislodge faggots ruining everything and maintaining political ideals.
