All you gotta do is instead design them to look like Midgets and don't call them 'loli' instead call them some "made up" race. If anyone that claims they're "children" just call them a "little person" hater. Fags will eat that kinda drama up, since Midgets are always craving 'representation' that isn't comical. The Supreme Court interprets the Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and overrules both state and federal laws as well any executive action by the president. I'm not sure where you could have any alternate interpretation of those facts. Additionally interstate commerce gives broad leeway for the federal government to overrule state law, as do federal agencies. The only reason the DEA hasn't cracked down on states that have legalized marijuana and the people selling it in those states is out of shear kindness and out of fear of generation a legal decision from the Supreme Court similar to what happened to gay marriage.

Basically it comes down to "how does this look to some random dipshit who knows nothing about the backstory/lore/etc.", and if they think "that's a little girl" upon looking at something at first glance, you've failed the miller test. And that's what they're gonna judge it on.

Usually they use it to tack on additional charges to people with CP as well as loli.

I was only using that as an example about what can happen if lower courts or states push the issue on something. In fact that's likely the reason why states that have outlawed loli typically don't charge people just for loli possession. If the person charged ends up fighting all the way to the Supreme Court or even just a higher court then it could have those laws struckdown.

>If you plan on releasing your shit, globally. It'll have to pass that test. But if your just releasing your content to one country that allows it such content then you'll be fine. It all boils down to where you're going to release it, world or 1 country?

That's the thing though. In the US cops, prosecutors, and criminal court judges like as many laws to be in the grey area as possible. They like having the ability to arrest someone for something but not be compelled to do so. Typically when people are charged those charges are later dropped because there is the danger that if the accused makes legal protest then it could generate a precedent. Either a higher court could declare it to be legal which means that they cant charge anyone anymore or they could uphold the illegality and which could open the doors for harsher laws targeting loli which would place a burden on the legal system to uphold them. The legal system doesn't have enough resources to protect actual children let along enough to try to protect imaginary children.

Of course it's only a matter of time before the lolibot/lolidoll thing is going to blow up the entire legal landscape anyway. Assuming the US holds together long enough.

How far must freedoms be infringed until there's an effective pushback? A little bit? A lot? Until there's no true freedoms left? No one cares until it effects an established industry. Some major US Comics freedom of expression group spoke up about the UN's recent proposal. You know why? Because it would ban non-obscene things that pass the Miller test. It would effect sales of Berserk or any comic that dealt with the sexuality of minors, which I imagine is a lot considering LQBTQ+ has taken over comics. Loli hentai and lolibots are not a strongly established industry in the US, nor will they likely be before these laws banning them are in place.

Even this other guy who didn't plead guilty still ended up $24,000 in the hole with help. Though they may have raised more money for him later.

>The total legal costs of this case exceeded $75,000. After taking the case last summer, the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund contributed $40,000 to the defense, and the Comic Legends Legal Defense Fund contributed $11,000. The CBLDF also participated in shaping the defense, including recruiting expert testimony for the trial. The organization is currently seeking funds to help pay off the $24,000 debt Matheson incurred as a result of his case, and to create new tools to prevent future cases. To make a contribution to these important efforts, please visit www.cbldf.org.

Oddly, they fucking linked their website on a case file on their website. There was also hyperlink to make donations to the organization at the word contribution though. And here from an older version of the case file

>The CBLDF has agreed to assist in the case by contributing funds towards the defense, which it has been estimated will cost $150,000 CDN

The exchange rate was nearly 1:1 at the time, so he could have potentially ended up with $100000 of debt even after getting financial and legal help from two different organizations.

This. There is a reason that certain types of gun laws keep getting overturned by the supreme court as unconstitutional, and it's not because the state law trumps federal law. Anyone who thinks otherwise should take up their arguments with the guys who keep passing anti-abortion laws that conveniently cut off after the first trimester, almost in a way that implies the supreme court had ruled that first trimester abortions could not be prevented.

Anyone who lives here and doesn't understand this is an uneducated niglet. Anyone's opinion from elsewhere doesn't matter because you're more than likely inconsequential to the first world, or probably live in fear of the shitskins marching in your streets.

>>16541261

The best thing for US democracy right now would be to criminalize naming bills and enforce everything to referred to as a set of letters and numbers in an increasing sequence. Bills would have to float on their contents and not on their names. It works for us.
