Alright so i bought stellaris so i could play online with a friend who has all the dlc, but then later another friend wanted to play with me and neither of us have any of it to so if we wanted to play alone we'd just be playing the base game.

What i wanna know is if there is some way to put the dlc from a pirated version in my legit version and then play it online

I suspect the answer is no but i wanted to be sure so i sought answers here, thanks in advance /v/

Pirated versions of Stellaris are actually retarded in that they are barely functional, on an already barely functional game. No amount of modding can save this game.

Bare in in mind that Parajew caught on to the exploit. It stopped working for me on the last major update, but I was reading in a thread on Reddit that you just need to reinstall it.

You'll also need to make sure you actually have the files for all the DLCs, so find an up to date torrent.
