- If a character has been participated in 3 Mania's in the past, there must be at least 2 manias since their last entrance. This only applies to Season 2, we're starting fresh

Let me explain who this is. Remember back when Marc was nominated? Nic was the one who was actually supposed to have won and thus earned the title of greatest golfer in the world, the one who shows up in "2nd" place with a score of -24. Make his nickname "Greatest Golfer" and his finisher "Condor", with the latter named after the term for the extremely rare feat of getting 4 under par on a golf hole.
The guy also has a channel where he's uploaded a bunch of other golf vids for other games, including speedruns for Toadstool Tour and Everybody's Golf, so you can make his moveset very skillful as well as extremely fast, and also give him the red sunglasses his Mii has in a number of his vids as an easy-to-make ukemi.

Since he does live commentary during some of the vids, you can get a good idea of his personality from them.
