<HURR DURR I'M A NEWFAG
anyway, your faggotry aside, Transistor was a decent strategy game when it came out, but is hamstrung by the lack of ability to do anything useful outside of turn().
it's fun to plan out lengthy rape and murder chains on your first few runs, but once you've beaten the game a couple of times you realize that turn() is just a waiting mechanic with a really boring strategy element to it, and that Transistor actually has less features and depth than fucking Bastion of all things.
Spergiant has pretty much gone downhill from there. Pyre was so shit I didn't even want to try it, let alone buy it I bought it on a massive discount for about the price of a 2-dollar sandwich so I could rip assets from the game.
Hades is like a more competent version of Bastion when it comes to gamefeel, but is sadly lacking any of the basic goddamn strategic elements that Bastion had, despite literally being a reskin of the same fucking engine. At this point I'm starting to think that everybody at Spergiant except for the artists, sound designers and voice actors, is fucking incompetent.
>debug mode
fun fact spergiant is so dumb that they hand out the source code with every copy of the game. inside is a script for debugging that lets you do things like zoom in/out and probably also all that bullshit you just mentioned.
