The setting is a faithful but silly take on Akihabara and its culture, especially the otaku side. The core gameplay is stripping enemies to expose them to the sun and the means is by beating them up with things like laptops, roombas, leeks, glowsticks, arcade PCBs, anti-material rifles, and more. Story-wise it's ridiculous but much like its anime, unquestionably pandering and appealing to some, and especially niches, there's even DLC characters that let you be Super Sonico, Dejiko (as in Di Gi Charat) and a few others, and the dress-up options while cosmetic, are pretty extensive. Its basic premise and gameplay actually could've been great with more attention, but it isn't a bad game.

Didn't someone from Sony already come out and admit that they don't have any hard and fast rules governing what is and is not allowed content - that each determination is made on a case-by-case basis. Which basically means, if you have enough money and your game is high profile enough (like GTA), we'll give you a pass - but unless you add to the prestige of our brand, we're going to treat you like a liability. I don't need anime tiddy games since I can get that sort of thing on the internet for free (or pirate this game for Switch if I really need to), but Matrix Software made some of DS games I liked, and they've mostly been stuck as Square Enix's mobile bitch since then, so hopefully this will get them some funding to make other games. I had the same hope when the original ass Omega Labyrinth came out, but they seem to have not been making many other games since then aside from Omega Labyrinth games, some arcade games, and a mobile Layton port, so I dunno if that's any better.

Pretty sure it can also be configured to automatically upload the screenshot to [[social media]], or at the very least, Sony/Microsoft's official servers where it is then shared in your activity feed to everybody. All the games are excellent, provided you like Roguelikes.

The thing about Omega Labyrinth is, it's actually a decent game even without all the sexy elements. It's actually one of the best console roguelikes I've ever played; to the extent that the newest Shiren game actually felt like a step down in some ways after playing Omega Labyrinth. Shiren was great, but I missed the cornering auto-run… plus you couldn't throw your items down a well to inflate your boobs, bake bread in the dungeon, or forge panties.

I highly recommend both OL games, especially if you're playing it on Vita with the touchscreen. Though if you just want to boobify the masochist loli, she's only in Z.

Sadly, you might be disappointed with the breast sizes; the game actually uses drawn portraits of the girls (and their boobs) at all times, and as such, in order to cut down the amount of drawing, despite going all the way up to Z cup there are really only four or five actual boob sizes for each girl. You get an "inflating" animation every time your boobs level up, but the art doesn't actually change most of the time, and the breast size is surprisingly realistic/restrained. I've never actually gotten Urara all the way to Z-cup, but I don't think her boobs are going to look as big as you'd probably ilke.

(If you want to be able to give your girls ridiculous impossible watermelon torpedoes, try Genkai Tokki Seven Pirates, which is also a surprisingly good game centred around breast inflation, though a lot harder to play with limited kanji skills than Omega Labyrinth is.)

It's a new game. Unlike Omega Labyrinth Z (which was a direct sequel to the original game with the same characters plus some new ones), this title seems to have entirely new characters and setting, making it a better introduction to the series for newcomers.

Also: in Omega Labyrinth Z (and the original), there were sexy scenes that you could do to advance gameplay. These included rescuing the girls from various sticky situations (for instance, one is trapped in a spider's web and you have to break all the webbing to get her out… or you can just poke and jiggle her while she's trapped and immobile, the game won't punish you for it), appraising unknown items (by sticking them between your breasts and rubbing them up and down until the item explodes white goo all over your character's neck and face), and leveling up your characters skills (by giving the girls aromatherapy candles that apparently make them delusional, and then rubbing them the right way in their fantasy scenes, which may result in them getting naked for you.)

It seems like the PS4 version of Omega Labyrinth Life will skip all scenes like this. That's not as dumb as it seems: the "rescue" minigame was completely pointless and impossible to lose, its only function was fanservice. And even in the original games, there is an option to skip both the titfucking item appraisal and the gropey level up minigames, just in the interest of saving the player time. (If you skip the item minigame, it just acts as if you won; if you skip the level up game, it gives you a medium "okay" score and an average amount of experience. You could have gotten more or less if you actually played the game.) So the PS4 version is probably just set to automatically act as though the player chose "skip" every time.

Oh, and they've apparently removed the interactive portraits. In the original games (and apparently the switch version of the new ones), you could poke any of the female characters anytime they're on screen (even in cutscenes) to make their boobs jiggle and get a "kyah!" … not so much on Sony anymore, apparently.

The only thing I'm aware of that even comes close is Genkai Tokki Seven Pirates, which also had a boob-based power-up system. In some ways better, in some ways worse.

Omega Labyrinth has a straightforward "Bigger is always better" rule, that increased breast size always makes you more powerful across the board. Your boobs level up automatically from experience.

Seven Pirates, on the other hand, actually has multiple facets of the breasts being measured and ties them directly to your stats, with every one being a trade off: Firmer tits means more HP, whereas bouncier tits makes you dodge better. Bigger melons gives more attack power, but a flatter chest increases your speed, and so on. And unlike OL, you level up by playing a chest-rubbing minigame, with the various actions you can do affecting the shape they'll grow, and therefore your stat increases. (Rub upwards to increase bounciness! Pinch to increase perkiness!) Also, all the characters are full 3D models at all times, meaning that your exact custom breasts are reflected in the game, as opposed to OL where it's the same portrait with three or four different boob variations.

This SOUNDS great, but there's a huge downside: it's quite possible to make hideous monstrosities. I'm talking literal torpedo boobs that stick straight out, or breasts that look like your girl got banana implants. It's very difficult to makes breasts above a certain size actually look like breasts, and that's a shame. Omega Labyrinth easily wins on the breast expansion that looks good. But damn, Seven Pirates' idea has potential.

Omega Labyrinth Life was a Switch exclusive in the first place when announced in early September 2018, the PS4 version just recently appeared out of nowhere. While I appreciate the jab done in the 30 seconds of the trailer in >>16525337 by showing nothing but photos of gaijins and one nigger, that's something I expected more from an (not so) April Fool's joke. Not by spending money on a PS4 version if the sole purpose was to mock Sony America's policy unless it turns out the PS4 version will sell in consequent numbers because the japanese audience is still rather absent on Switch

Just got Spelunky for PC from them in the mail today, I have another physical copy for PC ordered from them that should ship out later this month.

They are actual physical copies too which means the entire game is on the disc and is DRM free so no Steam or other platform or online bullshit. It came with a Steam code that I'm not going to use and could sell, but I'm not going to sell it because I don't want to promote the use of Steam or digital distribution.
