I still remember the highly misleading gameplay trailer that supposedly showed how the game gave you options to approach the situation, when in truth the Slavland countryside mission was the only instance in the game where you were actually given an alternative path (go under the bridge or tackle the enemy outpost directly). The rest of the game was just a liner slog featuring a maximum of four enemies within eyesight of each other (so you could always do the "press button to kill all four at once" shtick), peppered with the odd forced arena where hordes of enemies come at you after the game arbitrarily triggers the alarm.

I'll give Ubisoft points for art direction and presentation. The Ghosts look very OPERATOR, the AR serving as the interface was a nice touch, as other anons has said - the animations are nice, and the gun customization had that cool disassembly effect as you show in the screenshot.

Basically, it was a game that put form before function. As a game it was a shallow, uninspired "stealth" third-person shooter that was as unremarkable, bland and generic as everything Ubisoft shits out.
