Weird. Fell into an overwhelming state of apathy yesterday, far deeper than I ever have before. It was like I just had a sudden epiphany and realized all of the shit I had been stressing out about my entire life didn't actually matter that much. Things like money, social status, success, doing something with my life. In that moment it just seemed pretty dumb to kill myself stressing over anything at all, let alone what anyone else thought of me. I kind of reminded myself in my head that I'm a loser now and would die a loser, and probably pretty soon, but instead of getting sad or angry like usual I felt nothing. I didn't even feel good, just indifferent. I don't know if I'm finally becoming able to accept who I am and accept that I'll never be what I'm supposed to be, or if I'm just taking my first baby steps towards full-blown nihilism, but either way I guess it's a welcome change.
Or, maybe all the drugs, alcohol, and video games finally just eroded whatever part of my brain feels stress and shame. Whatever works.

Agreed, Spongebob really went to shit after season 5. Everything is just re-used plotlines, ideas and gimmicks all over again, re-hashed to look appealing to younger kids. Spongebob's animation style is so sharp and clean now that it…it just doesn't feel natural. Old Spongebob looked really good, the episodes were clever and funny, and bad ones were rare at best, and even those look good in comparison to the best episodes of newer seasons. It's also sad that the characters are over-protraying their own stereotypes. Patrick was always stupid, but not literal missing six chromosomses like new Patrick. Sandy always liked science, but also was a cowboy, and now she's crazy and only about science. Squidward has always been a dick, and that's never really changed. Mr. Krabs was always greedy, but he was still funny back then. Now, he's full jew. Spongebob was always annoying. but funny and actually could be smart and think normally back then. Now, he's a retard and is extremley annoying, ect. The plotlines, ideas, settings, and characters are all re-used, re-hashed, and generally shit. The show should have ended after at least season 5 (and that's being nice about it), but instead, it's all a load of shit that younger kids will never be able to see how good old Spongebob was. You can always pirate it anyway. I just beat the first boss in the hardest difficulty and the game isn't looking so hot. There are tons of hitscan enemies with fast reactions in relatively open spaces, and the player character is one the least charismatic I've seen in a "90's shooter".

I'll explain, I've met a few in my travels. The thing is, they can't absolutely tolerate melody at all, it has to be atonal, or evil sounding bullshit that doesn't sound cheesy like King Diamond, even though that cheese adds to the awesome of KD, but I digress. I also wouldn't say Death Metal is more melodic than Black Metal, I'd say it's more of an extreme kind of metal that emphasizes percussive brutality over harsh sounds, it's why DM vocalists sound like they're taking a massive shit over a freshly killed (or maggot infested, both is good) corpse and BM vocalists sound like screeching banshees over a darkened snowing landscape.
Basically the softest thing these assholes will listen to is Slayer on Hell Awaits (which is a killer album though) and anything softer than that is pussy gay shit and not br00tal and metal enough. It's basically the kind of guy that will kiss the ground that Immolation's Dawn of Possession, Incantation's Onwards to Golgotha, Morbid Angel's first three, and Suffocation's Human Waste were recorded in. I mean those albums rule but fuck dude, metal doesn't have to be grimderp evil brutality 24/7.

Well, that's too bad. It's a really bad matchup for me as Enkidu lacks a projectile and big and/or fast normals to deal with Hilda's zoning. I think I have some replays where I'm just blocking for 30 seconds in the corner until I break down and get nailed for 4500~ damage, usually ending the match.
