>Because they've managed to stay in the meta so far
If you look at the meta picks it is overwhelmingly original and year 1 ops. Less so on defense, but that's because there's a really strong trap meta. Best way to counter that is by using IQ, Fuze, or Thatcher which are all original ops. The one DLC ops that was broken on launch and for way too long after was Ela. Luckily, she has been nerfed. I think even Ubi realized how bad that was.
>Doesn't change the fact that they're still retarded and cringey as fuck
I agree, every character has to be the best of the best because it's Rainbow, it just comes off as dumb especially with your next point.
>What is Valkyrie?
A female Navy Seal, which is the same problem as this new Danish ops, they don't exist.
>What is Ela?
One of the worst characters. Rainbow is supposed to be the elite, yet they picked the cunt with dyed hair and problems with authority.
>What is Dokkaebi?
Ain't defending her either, the fake glasses are monumentally stupid.
>What is Clash?
There are black coppers in Britain, but because she's the angry niggress stereotype it almost makes me think she a joke.
>What is Gridlock?
Another revisionist dream from someone on the design team, just like the new ops.
>Why is one of the Spanish operators a mudslim?
This one I have the least issues with. He's Muslim due to the conquest of old, I'm guessing, but not a single piece of his in-game dialogue hints at the fact that he is Muslim.
>"Authoritarianism is okay because it doesn't affect me."
I despised operation censorship, but they rolled it back because the fans were in uproar. The previous filter was even worse and would ban you instantly, at least now it 'analyses' the context. Obviously, it would be best if Ubi just let players mute people as they see fit rather than try to police the tone of the game.
