I spent months looking for a PS2 copy since it came late as all hell to Yurop, but I was still seeing tons of trailers and gameplay videos.

Found it after a while on an independent game store when those were still a thing, they had like 5 copies and I was able to get one when there were 2 left, they printed out more and sent it to bigger retailers, but that was like 5 months later.

What pissed me off the most about the was that they had a stat chart for creatures like Blue and Sperm Whales and yet they weren't present ingame outside the outer reachs of the Open World where you couldn't each them.

Shame they didn't have time to implement them

I fucking loved the muffled screams of people outside when you dived underwater, shit was great.

I was actually defending your point. That's 3 to 4 segments in the entire game. You got so much more cool shit in the game. The Rhino fight, Wolvie, pretty much every segment where you switch to Venom, Elec- oh yeah, Electro was annoying to chase, but only because of repetitive quotes and not difficulty.

I've only played about an hour of Spider-Man 2 on ps2, so for now, Ultimate is my best Spidey game of them all. Aside from Return of the Sinister Six, of course

Holy fuck i can’t count how many hours i have spent looking for every nook and cranies for those hidden license plates and treasure chests. It’s a crude game but it hooked me right up as to how the devs nailed it at making the shark play really fun. While the camera might be a little janky at times, it works that was as you could zoom in on your the shark at will.

It really disappoints me at how they dropped the ball with Mercenaries 2, i played the second one because of all the buzz back then but i did not find it all that great. I think i stopped playing it when i have to do those box collectiing missions for the jamaican pirates, shit’s so boring.
