I tried it out because I never played Magic before. It was alright, but I lost interest once I collected all the starter decks. Also the blatant diversity art turned me off from the game somewhat.

I wish it could stay firmly on /tg/. Arena is taking a once-good game and bastardizing into an arcade setting. They've admitted to dumbing down cards because players would accidentally destroy their own shit in Arena and that feels bad for new players.

I have about $3,000 US worth of cards, I don't want it to go belly up. Granted, I didn't spend nearly that much on it. Maybe over the last 15 years, I put about $1,900, maybe more into it, and most of the value I have is from buyfags and whales making old cards spike hard, thankfully. I can comfortably cash out have some spending money if need be.

That sad, it's very sad to see them take a 10-year old card type, and only now try to innovate on how it works. At least they're out of the 118 ability template for walkers.
