When I think about it, there's never been a bad Kirby game. Even the worst Kirby game can be considered mediocre, but not downright shit. The Dark Matter Saga (Dreamland, Dreamland 2, Dreamland 3 & Kirby 64) could be considered as the greatest games in the franchise. Personally, I think Nightmare in Dreamland is the greatest Kirby game ever made or at least one of the greatests and it had a fun anime to accompany it.

This is true. Kirby is a fragment of a creator/destroyer god, but generally prefers naps and snacks, but holy shit don't take his snacks. I get the feeling Squeak Squad was made with the sole intention of showing how few fucks kirby generally gives about everything.
Another thing people forget is Kirby is the one who wrote the pause screen information. This is most evident with Sleep Kirby descriptions, but it also means he has great insight into his opponents AND knows his place in the universe and is able to interact with YOU the player.
Truly, none more terrifying.

I love how this series started off as an innocent easy-peasy babby's first pwatforma and it slowly started becoming a fucking cosmic horror story. I've been playing a shit ton of Star Allies lately and finished up Planet Robobot and Triple Deluxe. I'm not much of a fan for Amazing Mirror because it's Metroidvania shit but it's still cute and I want to try to finish it sometime.
