As an office slave that works in an office full of gooks, I can confirm this. Whites hired a gook who eventually got into a position to make hiring decisions and now the office is like 70% gook. Whites are the only race that do not hire more of their own, and even then, it's usually a white hiring manager that cucks out in the first place to hire the first nonwhite AND eventually reward them with the power to flood the office with even more of them.
