Since it doesn't look like Capcom is going back to milking the heck out of Mega Man once again, I'm starting to wonder if it wouldn't be much better to just get 1 game per year. Mega Man games tend to be really short, so getting a few hours every X years doesn't sound right to me.

If this is planned properly between multiple teams, they could also spend 2 or 3 years of development into each new game, which is something this franchise fucking needs. Just look at X4 vs X6.

Not necessarily, though there is a high possibility of that happening. Modern day Capcom is so inconsistent it's hard to tell. One minute they'll put out something really good, the next minute they'll release a pile of garbage.

Well I'd say Zero attacks much faster than Roll does. I think Roll's attacks are stronger though, but that may be bias as she's my waifu.
