Potentially, and most probable, however around this time last year we got Tiamat. There's a decent chance that it's Celeste or even Ferry. I don't think CyGames is foolish enough to release 2 new males and a male uncap given the main audience of this game, but at the same time, I don't think they would not add Belial. If these leaks are correct then I think Belial or Ferry are likely, Celeste not so much. That harp has a German name which would tie it to Ferry but it translates to something like "Mischief" which is more in line with Belials character. The ougi is named after an electrical phenomena so Ferry is more likely based on that, considering Lights general lightning themes.
Something else that's interesting are the stats on the harp. If you account for normal stat growth, it will have around 2900 ATK and 285 HP at lvl 150 which would make it the best gacha harp in the game, statwise. It would also mean that it's almost as good as the Elysian CCW, Qilin harp and 100 moon harp. This harp fits between normal gacha and were a Fest weapon would normally sit. The first skill is fairly good but the second skill is pretty damn awful.
The combination of the stats plus the skills does make me think that it is just a gacha weapon with great stats and not a Fest weapon. That's what I hope at least. I'd hate to see a fest weapon that's worse than Brodias dagger.

Yea, I'm pretty sure it's going to be Ferry with Celeste powers, the more I think about it, the more logical it sounds. We've never had a playable story villian for one (Sandal is currently more of a chaotic neutral at the moment on a redemption arc and Freezie isn't realy), and the naming scheme on top of the fact that dark is the only one missing their magna bonded character makes it very likely that Celeste Ferry will be revealed. While the harp isn't great skill wise (first skill is very good, second one is debatable but not amazing from current look), it's one of the better Harp MH's thanks to the Crit on Ougi, so having one to MH isn't a bad option.
Of course, as of typing this I realized one potential problem: Vira was part of the Flashfest, not Grandfest. Granted, they don't have to follow a pattern, but something worth noting.

Very confused about how you could think that considering
A) it's a spear, which Naoise uses
B) it's a defensive weapon, Naoise is a defensive character
C) Scath already has an SSR wind character, but Naoise does not
D) Wind has a grand total of 1 Defensive character, which Naoise would bump up to 2
E) There are only 7 characters that have more than 1 SSR in the same element. 2 of them are promos (Medusa, Zoi), while the other 5 are all holiday limited's (Summer Izmir, H.Cog, H.Eustance, H.Charlotta, and Summer DLF)
Not saying you're wrong, they could technically have her weapon be a spear in that she gives it to Naoise in her fate, and Scath does only have 1 SSR to Naoise's 2 (one which he got less than a year ago), but it's pretty likely to be Naoise. I would be happy to be wrong, though.

For GWs: The EX raid will now be merged with the very hard raid. Same HP and rewards, just to free up the EX spot. EX+ will now be the EX.
If you 1 turn the EX raid solo, EX+ will appear (presumably with a better meat drop rate).
If you join a pub raid, only 50% of your honours went to your crew's score. Now it will give 70%.
It sounds like they will reduce the HP of nm90 when nm95 becomes available, and same again for nm95 when nm100 is out.
Silver badge rewards will be merged into gold rewards and only gold badges will drop.
Boxes 1-4 will have less items in them, making it quicker to clear them And 40 box in one event
You will no longer be able to see which region you belong to for betting. Perhaps as a result of the investigation last GWs.
You can now only win 500 crystals per ticket, since some people won 1100 crystals per ticket in a round last GWs.
The boxes will no longer have betting cards in them, now they will just have crystals. The monthly income of crystals is getting better and better.
Betting on GWs will be abolished after May. The yakuza cheque bounced one too many times.
Shop changes
A bunch of cerulean stone exchange items have their prices reduced. Most notably, dragon scales cost 2 now instead of 3.
You can now buy island items from there for 5 cerulean stones.
Magna 1 weapons will now cost 2500 renown pendants instead of 5000 and you can buy 4 per month, rather than 2.
No change to Chev swords.
Tier 2 weapons now cost 5000 rather than 9500 renown.
You can now buy rusted weapons for 300 renown(?) with a stock of 8 per month.
You can now no longer buy SR magna weapons for renown.
There is now no longer a class merit monthly limit.

Combined with H.Lady Grey, you have a character that can keep sustain while providing good team buffs. For M2, she gives team Charge bar, which means more ougi's, and for M2 that means more damage. Makes Dark Kengo that much better now. The main appeal overall is being able to do consistent good damage with good health, which dark hasn't been able to do well before. She's future-proof even if you can't fully make use of her at the moment.

Honestly, I don't think any of the characters are dead. Belial throws himself off pandemonium but Sandalphon is actively trying to stop him and since he can fly and all, It seems unlikely that Belial will succeed. Sandal will probably give him a speech like "I used to be like you but Danchou happened", etc after he catches him.
Beelzebub "dies" in a single textbox with no trace left so I assume he magicked himself away somewhere and will come back, maybe even in a sequel teaser.
Az and Is are probably the most dead out of them but we don't get a confirmation. Michael, Hal and Mal see them stab themselves in the chest and collapse. We only see Michael after that. She confirms that Hal and Mal are fine but when she starts to talk about Az and Iz she collapses from her wounds. The only things she says about them are: "Don't worry about me. Compared to what happened to the twins, this wound is nothing…" and in reference to Hal and Mal: "My apologies. They only suffered light wounds, but-". She could be talking about their tortured existence and not necessarily about their death.

Beelzebub disappeared before Lucillius' attack, while heavily wounded, he's now half astral, half primal beast with chaos powers and whatnot, he's licking his wounds to regenerate while waiting to backstab Lucillius on the tower.
Belial threw himself down to the bottom of pandemonium, but still has the Lelelelele angel's wings so he has a good chance of surviving the fall. Should we get lucky we might see Olivia lead some more trapped fallen angels and gang up on him before joining the fight upstairs (both her and Azazel got new lines, so they both had the VAs called in, it's weird that they only show up in the preview). Should we get unlucky, Belial is going to rape Olivia and Astaroth to get new wings and powers and climb back up to support Lucillius.
Also the faggots have been fawning so fucking hard over him that it's very likely we'll get him to join the crew under the excuse that "the world is too much fun to end" and he stops Lucillius at the last moment.
While Azarel and Ismael are just going to remain as a half-forgotten footnote in the Michael and Hal/Mal lore.

There's a maintenance coming up in 2 and a half hours.
These changes will be implemented during it:
- The oracles, 5* Arcarum summons and the materials needed to get them will be added
- The new Anniversary skins will become available for purchase together with the old ones
- The Anniversary ticket and the new Weapon ticket will be available for purchase
- Magna2 and HL Magna 1 will be changed to be more user friendly
- Grand Order will get better drops
- The rotating trials will be changed to no longer be rotating
- Some old stamps will be available to buy using rupies
Those are the things they mentioned during the livestream. The shop changes were not mentioned during it but I assume that it's coming too.

She's already used fairly often for tougher fights but she actually got powercreeped by the cat. She's also not as much of a backline bandit as Sevastien and C.Yaia, of course.
Thanks for bringing her up though. This makes the Oracles a little more appealing, especially wind. Free uplift/random buffs on turn 1 is pretty alright. This also makes Nia way better in my eyes. You could switch her in and then summon Death for some pretty good short-term buffs. Star-man also getting Quad attack turn 1 seems pretty darn good.
On the subject of the oracles, why did Temperance harvin get random buffs and not one of the earth oracles? Earth has been getting the "Random buff effect" on their characters, summons, etc. for a year now and then they just decide to ignore it for their new star characters, so weird.

The Anniversary ticket will have, in addition to the usual pool, every seasonal limited character except the new Valentines cast. There's something new they're doing this year. They will also include Fest characters that came out before 2018. So that means you can ticket everyone between Katalina and Olivia. More details during maintenance.
The weapon ticket is completely new so I'm not sure about the details either. From what they showed, you can ticket any farmable weapon (Magna1, Magna2, Cerb, Fenrir, etc.) that doesn't require the shop menus so no free Ultima, GW Gold relic, etc. The only exception being Xeno weapons. These weapons will also be FLB'd, max level and max skill level except Magna 2, they will only be at MLB instead of FLB.

I was just about to make a post when I saw this..This is some pretty bad news if they're correct. You can still use a 0* R chara to tank a few hits and get the oracle out faster but that is pretty cumbersome. Nene is a perfect character for this purpose. Her first skill makes sure she dies quickly so maybe you can get it around 3 turns. Probably faster if you're soloing.

If you're liking the game and are planning to stay a while, you might want to get one of these:
1 to 5 are all available, 6 got taken by a guy in Crew 2.
They have been sitting around doing nothing but collect free rolls for a year and a half.
With all the free gibs I think they even have full or almost full magna grids complete (lv 100 sl 10) now.
They also have collab characters that you can no longer get until their sidestories come back in (Kokkoro, Pecorine, Conan, Joker).
There's a bit too much shit on them for newbies to wrap their heads around, but I'm sure you'll be glad you've got one of these instead of starting from scratch.

This took a bit too find out but my suspicions were correct. Essence also boosts the attack of "Unknown" races. I knew that Danchou got the boost from that skill but I wasn't sure if that might've been an exception.
It seems that Danchou fully counts as an Unknown. There may have been exceptions or a separate ruling but thanks to some testing it seems that there isn't. Other Unkowns seem to benefit from the skill just fine.
With that info, you can now make a working Last Storm Blade grid with Kokkoro, Rosetta and Tiamat but don't actually though.
