I just checked the wikipedia articles about all sorts of shooting sports. Only some of them are comparable between sexes due to women's competitions either not existing or the rules being different. In those that have the same rules, the world records are very very slightly better for men, but I don't think that's a meaningful comparison, since the world records are perfect scores or very close to that, i.e., something like 150/150 for men and 149/150 for women. The scores are indeed surprisingly close between the sexes, but it's probably simply due to the conditions.
