I'm playing Psyvariar Delta, which just got released on Steam. It's a remaster of a shmup released in 2000 where when you graze enough bullets you become temporarily invincible, and the idea is to graze as many bullets as you can during that time to chain as many invincibility bonuses together, so it constantly goes LEVELUPLEVELUPLEVELUP

I've tried a lot of things, nothing really that I like all that much anymore. I used to love Halo 1 with my friends and big team fights with other groups form other schools. I liked guild Wars 1 with the PVP and always thinking outside the box to beat something. But what was relaly fun was getting my room mates together and doing gvg or hoh with all the guys over and trying 1v1's to test builds over a few beers then wathing movies.

Games are all sort of shitty now. I don't know why. I don't care. I just want something good and comfy again. I want times like Goldeneye back where we would all hang out, and have a bonfire and grill after. Maybe play with nerf or airsoft when we got older.

Omg I just miss hanging out with my friends. It has nothing to do with the games.

It's still better than TV, Youtube or Twitch. But I get less and less time to play, so I turn to fast, cheap, indie and shit games, like "Fear and Hunger", what a fucking disaster that is.

The game is absolute shit. It's a fucking art project of a person that has nothing to lose. I love it. It's 1 part creepy, 1 part terrible, and one part good. Do not buy this, no matter how loose your patreon bucks are, this is not the game you want to use your money on.

Pirate it, play it and if you have the brain parasite, donate to somebody else.

I am an utter fool and have let nostalgia yet again influence my purchasing decisions. I bought fujo bait 3 and it's pretty disappointing. It's not as though the kingdom hearts series is a great title to begin with but I remembered them being fun. But good God, this game. It feels like it was made for children with ADD because it tries to throw "exciting" visuals at virtually every moment you play. On top of that it makes a casual game even more casual by basically making enemies tedious or impossible by not activating your super move. I also forgot how awful the writing is. I make it a rule to never skip cutscene but it's so cringe inducing that I am tempted to skip every scene.

I've only played my gacha so far this year, but I am just about done playing a big event that started last month; I don't plan on grinding it anymore so I will finally put it down for a bit. I just got Ever Oasis in the mail to play on the go, and am going to get back into FFXII Zodiac Age while I'm at home. EO Nexus will be here soon as well, and then PQ2 later. Lookin' alright.
