Arms is better than Fury for leveling. The damage is very slightly worse once you get to 30+, but before that it's about the same, if not better. You get way more survivability through the 5% Parry talent and Imp TC is your best rage dump until 40. Pulls before 40 should be Charge > TC > Demo > Execute, with extra rage spend on Heroic Strike. The disparity between Fury and Arms for leveling isn't as large in TBC as it is in vanilla though, so if you're dead set on leveling Fury, go for it. If you're playing vanilla, Fury is vastly inferior to Arms, especially on PvP servers where you won't have Tactical Mastery to give you a fighting chance in PvP.
Anyways, at this point I'd recommend you spam dungeon runs. If you're around 30, run RFK for the axe/helm/shield, and do the quest for the belt (it has plate level armor) and get your warrior chest quests done, too. Above 35 spam Armory runs all fucking day, and start doing Cath runs at like 37-38. Do RFD at least once (god tier 1h), but it has some pretty good loot and if you skip the quillboar area it's great for exp and loot per time invested. But you'd want a group that wants to do multiple runs. ZF is a no brainer and you'll want Maraudon for the Thrash Blade. ST is so-so unless you get lucky on drops, skip the rest until outlands.
PvP during leveling is all about outgearing your opponents and stance dancing properly. You'll lose to Mages almost all the time unless you are Night Elf and Shadowmeld when they Frost Nova you and back away to Frostbolt. Against Hunters your best bet is to Intercept > Disarm and to Demo Shout/Tclap both the Hunter + pet. Not sure if it works on this server, but you're supposed to be able to Taunt/Challenging Shout/Mocking Blow pets into attacking you even when they're on passive, which will break Freezing Traps. Putting 2 points in Tactical Mastery could also help quite a bit with PvP and with tanking, 3 points being best for swap > WW, swap > fear, swap > spell reflect. And the single best advice I can give you for PvP as low lvl Warrior: Free Action Potion, Swiftness Potion, Nifty Stopwatch, Skull of Impending Doom. Get all 4, use all 4, get kills instead of corpse runs.

100% Aff. Demo has downtime and kills slower. Spend your money on +shadow/spell power gear since you don't need to pay for your mount. With enough damage on your gear you can CoA > SL > Corr a mob down which is just fucking stupid killing speed. Booty bay is a neutral town where both alliance and horde players can go, but there are high level guards that will kill you if you attack anyone. It looks like the bug is that having your imp start casting a spell on someone will make the guards think they've been agressive and kill them, you then interrupt the imp's spell casting so you don't get attacked too.

Made a shitty elf Paladin to tank. Going through the ghostlands slowly but surely, trying to farm up Spinal Dust and Rotting Hearts for these quests. Get a full group of dudes just beating the shit out of the undead. Server crashed like 4 times. Some came back, some did not. Finally get enough to turn in, turns out those were repeatable quests. We managed to destroy the two elite abominations strolling around none of us were the appropriate level either. Good times.
