You have to try to be discovered in a disguise, the chance of NPCs discovering you from close proximity is essentially negligible unless you actively run into them and there aren't any subtleties in disguises, like carrying a rifle as a soldier in SA to avoid suspicion.

The problem is more their number than how you can access them, like I don't think there's a proper target in the game that doesn't an accident spot, body dump or both on or near their route. And the occasional body containers for disguise bait is even worse, like the ones in the bathroom and first work area of Curtains Down.

You can shoot him from a balcony or the scaffolding sniper spot and probably from behind the stage when he claps after the act, but that will ruin your silent assassin rating from his body being found immediately. There's no way to get him anywhere except publicly killing the tenor and then you have to accident him to get SA because he doesn't go anywhere secluded and only corpses of accidents don't get counted when found. Blood Money went really over the top with the accident system where you can kill half a level, including civilians, with ledges or whatever and still get SA but killing nobody except the targets and a single guard like in Contracts or Silent Assassin is merely professional.

That's not really the biggest gripe with the game.

The biggest issue is the amount of filler stars - stars that just require you to do some very trivial 30 second task. Ones that require you to use the cannon to shoot to a place are a good example. The bosses are all quite weak as well, since they had very little focus on actual platforming, and were detached from the rest of the game.

Lemme mount stuff to my AC's hips, legs, ass, forearms, upper arms, top of the shoulders, the head, and the sides of the Core. I should be able to fill every weapon slot with missile launchers because your decoys and flares can go fuck themselves.

More weapons physically mounted to the AC itself, like arm mounted rifles and machine guns.

Swords. ACV had the first physical sword in the series and it was a fucking joke weapon.

Two handed weapons. Big rifles and bazookas and chainguns.

So much more shit they can do but haven't.
