TL;DR Anons from /v/ and /vg/ have banded together to play SWG and a few of us have been regularly playing for two months, we are decently established now and have pans to start establishing vendors for our wares and gain more server power. A City update is coming to clear out samefag cities and make room for us to have a real chance to get our own city.
What is Star Wars Galaxies
Star Wars Galaxies was a popular MMO that was shut down in the dying days of the internet golden era to make room for TORTANIC, many anons haven't heard of it, but for many of us who have played it, it was a cherished time.Now SWG has been reborn in the form of many various private servers, the most successful being SWGEMU and Legends, both with their own brand, we have selected to play Legends, the most populous and community active server.
What Does Legends have to offer?
SWG legends offers the experience of SWG within a few months of shutdown, all the heroics, space battles, and ground warfare of the original have been implemented, and the TCG items are being slowly introduced as ingame rewards for pre-existing or new quests, world bosses have also been added as well as heavily defended convoys for whole parties of pilot aces.
What can I do?
Bounty hunt other players, bio-engineer top of the line pets (and make a ton of money doing it) Fight in space battles and PVP dogfighting, Scream as no amount of forward firepower can stop the A-wing, Become a smuggler. Own a ship/house with fully modeled interior and literally everything ingame is fully modeled and can be dropped and moved around in your house/ship interior for decorating. Become a trader and sell your wares, be you a weapon/armorsmith, a chef, a tailor, a furniture and housing/harvesters specialist, a droid crafter, or a starship creator. Fight the battle of echo base from the imperial perspective with anons. Play dressup with appearance equipment options, and roleplay, and a lot more that would take too much of my time to list, the game is what you make it, and is probably the greatest sandbox ever handed to people beyond GMOD.
Account and install

Joining the /v/illage
In order to join us, join the OMEGA server, not the testcenter, and contact us with /tell or the ingame mail. (/tell playername) for recruitment into DOSE, our band of autists. Contact either Ernest' (dont forget the ') or Feneb for recruitment and the location of our little outpost on dantooine.
Our primer
We are "Dose Biomedical" guild/corp "finding innovative new ways to give you your daily dose" many of us have green/purple motifs on our armor and ship plating and even item and housing titles (you can use hexadecimal color codes in item and house names that you create) We have Bio engineering equipment available for anyone who wants to create pets, crafting benches, spare ship parts for fledgling pilots, spare gear, and sometimes we even actually have credits in our bank when we haven't spent the day looking for top end ship equipment to snag. Come play with your fellow anons for a while and get immersed in pre-soy SW (and then promptly have it broken by your daily dose) Currently our core group is farming in space battles to get our hands on the new TIE Defender.
