I had an autistic fit yesterday where I tripped over a beer bottle or jar or something like it when going outside to get food for the family while my dad and uncle were drinking outside, uncle tried to joke I did not have any justification for it but it was pitch black outside and the joke didn't sit well for me, that and the fact I don't like that uncle too much, so I over reacted and said to them to shut up since they were the ones drinking it up on total darkness, I'm really sensitive over being accused of clumsiness since most of the time is the circumstances created by others what make me trip or push something to the floor, so I still asked if they would want anything to eat and they said no, so I again shouted they could go fuck themselves, my uncle had left when I came back, he's an over sensitive person too, but in general ,and I know my dad is upset but I'm not apologizing, fuck that. I went to visit family in London for Christmas. 5 days with parents and sister. 5 days where they pointed out I have a weight problem.
I'm not obese or even close, and I did agree in the first and second day.

Ended up going back to my apartment, alone.
Parents called and asked if I wanted to spend New Year's Eve with them and their friends.

I also learned that hardcovers are terrible gifts for retards. I gave one to someone that liked Game of Thrones and I thought they'd enjoy the books, since they're more detailed than the series. Happy new year from Europe.Was out with friends instead f family for the first time. Had a good time, only minor points were that I had a minor fight with one of my friends, but we resolved quickly thankfully. Also, when I biked home an older dude decided to give the asphalt a thorough inspection with his face, he was bleeding some. Drunk as fuck, but at least he wasn't able to bike home anymore. I stopped by to help him, and some couple my age I didn't know helped as well. They were nice, and were heading in the same direction as me. OK evening overall, feeling a little stiff though.
So, any resolutions? I have some; I really need to start taking my studies more seriously, and not wait until 3 days ahead of the exam to start learning. Has served me well in 23 of the 24 times, but my master's is coming up and if I want to call myself a proper engineer I'll have to pick up the pace. I should also exercise more, and eat a little more healthy. My diet consists of normal amount of carbs, vitamins, minerals and other stuff, but now enough protein (I think) and too much sugar and salt. Finally, I need to stop masturbating. I have been on a nofap of a month right now but on a noporn of 3 days or something. I am starting to feel a little better, but I really should kick off from that shit. I hope I can extend my noporn and just notoutch in general, but I'll have to see how far I get.
