It hasn't aged well. The models look off to me. The N64 graphics have a certain charm, and cel shaded graphics have always aged better than the early attempts at realism. TW seemed like it wasn't quite sure if it wanted to be original or play it safe and landed somewhere in the uncanny valley.

I think the thing that makes me hate it the most is how quirky every side character seems to be. You can't just have a normal villager or townsperson. Every single character has to have some stupid character trait that gets shoved in your face at every opportunity.
