The first season was full of stupid shit, but it had some comedy, so it wasn't all bad (the beer and company help it a lot).

Overall, it's pretty bad.
But the worst offence in my opinion would be the bashing of the single straight male character, Morty's father.
He gets constantly belittled, fucked over, humiliated, divorced and betrayed whenever the occasion rises. He is the "stupid white guy" of the show.
When the aliens invade, they give him a job which involves doing nothing at all, and especially no thinking of any kind, so he rises through the ranks very quickly before losing it.
It's just sad to watch him be a punching bag for no reason and that never happens to anyone else in the show, besides Morty himself, but never to that extent.

Well, as I said I don't think VR will ever reach mainstream status. At least not the way video games have. I think the technology will continue to advance in the shadows and it will be sort of like how computer hobbyists were in the 70s and 80s, with lots of smaller mostly male communities supporting each other and building their own applications together. Without billions of dollars in research I don't see it being very marketable to women because female brains have some pretty hard limitations when it comes to virtual reality. I think men and women will be better off when they really don't need each other for sex and it's just an option.
