4. actual testing requires you to have roughly 245 gravity mastery for Kaioken and to have learned from the Turtle Hermit his ultimate skill.
5. for spirit bomb you will need 490 or above gravity mastery and 30 minutes in Vegeta's Core.

So, I've come with some fruits of knowledge. I'll break up the links here, but they're all TOR anyway.
TLDR: Xenoverse 2 LAN ultra-modded. (online LAN, that is.)
Through some 'heavy research', I found that Xenoverse 2 is technically LAN compatible, and the EAC is bypassable while being able to do so. (Maybe, dunno if the guys in the thread did mods.)
Therefore- crack your install with SSE, put in each other's lanshit, and watch each other pop up in the lobby with modded equipment!
Problems:
-Can't used previous cracked versions. (I.E. codex, 3dm, etc. Saves are transferable, but you need a fresh uncracked .exe file.)

Essentially the process would be as follows:
- Obtain Xenoverse 2
- Obtain shared mods.
- Obtain Smart steam emu or whatever the fuck we want. (cs . rin . ru has it, but you need TOR/onion.) The normal download from cs . rin has all you need in that department.
–Step 1:
Install all of the above. Test play it using SSE, and you might find you'll be able to boot into online from the getgo. (If you haven't installed mods, of course.)
–Step 2:
Open a port, set up the networking, both computer-side and Smart steam emu-side (I.E. put player IPs in the online tabs). I think everyone is required to do this in order to play, by default I think its 31313. (not sure, test this shit.)
–Step 3:
Open up the game, cross your fingers, and make sure EAC is disabled. The game will still bitch and moan but it SHOULD theoretically work.

This is Sigmur, teacher of Namekian battle techniques. If you wish to undergo training in these techniques, find me on Namek and make some noise near me because Namek is boring and I'm AFK most of the time
To become a pupil, you must swear an oath not to harm Namek or its people. The first technique you will learn is Makankosappo, then you may learn the rest of my techniques as you please. The prerequisites for the other techniques are as follows:
Splitform: Train your body until you are able to withstand 490x standard gravity.
Zanzoken: Train your ki reserves to their limit (max out your energy).
Shockwave/Scattershot: Dodge charged ki blasts for half a minute. Pick one skill to learn when you complete this test, and you can get the other when you learn Masenko.
Masenko: Learn two techniques aside from Makankosappo, then defeat me in a sparring match which should be easy
I can also offer Giant Form to Namekians, with the prerequisite being actually get the 100 training points needed for it. Nameks only for now, but if you can convince the admins to expand it to everyone I'll make it an alternative to Masenko.

A: We have five main issues, all on Climax's tracking page on https://gitgud.io/dankus10/Finale/issues
All issues ideally will be solved before release, and when all these issues are solved, with the addition of a few QoL changes I have yet to make, then it'll probably be set for release and long-term playing serverwise.
(Keep in mind we're working with a base game with less features out-of-box, so if shits missing or etc on release that's just because Finale is from 2015 and DU is from 2018.)

A: I dunno about Auron, but personally I have been dealing with college finals and not a lot of energy. Expect updates probably after Thursday of next week for me.

One thing I've wanted done for awhile is a shockwave sprite. Around two or three types would be fine. It'd be obviously bigger than 32x32, and it'd stretch out to about four to nine tiles away. Maybe make a 96x96 animated shockwave, and I'll see about resizing it. Try for at least 4-5 frames, and I'll need at least a few variations.
For sound effects, some powerup effects would be nice. I'm going to rework the transformation sequences for 1, 2, and 4 again at some point.

Due to an increasing workload on my half and after much consideration, I've re-added Hoovy and Johnny back to the admin team to help out with server moderation. Furthermore, guidelines have also been set on the admin team to prevent any occurrences of possible abuse. This includes using admin powers to god-mod, disclose personal information with the rest of the server, break standard server rules, etc.

The location will be at the Sushi Memorial Arena, located off the bridge south east of the main Earth spawn.

Depends on if you upgraded them or not. Its normally very difficult to bust down walls (unless you have Kaioken), so if they’re upgraded you’re shit out of luck. An easy alternative is to undense your walls in the Upgrade menu and build over them using other tiles, but this method only works with walls or rooves you built.

Using the arena on Earth, Sam Hyde will host a tournament in Tako's name with the grand prize being the ability to bypass the humor or trivia portions of my training requirements. This is also the only way those that are not completely pure of heart will be allowed to learn from me.
The tournament will be non-lethal with no knockback and no stunning of opponents. Androids and Cyborgs need not apply as they cannot use any of my skills properly or at all anyway.
The final fight will be best two out of three, winner will have to die to receive training as I am not removing that part of the training requirements.

Last time on Dragon Ball /v/!
BATTLE FOR THE FATE OF THE ONES BACK HOME! Using the relic swords, One, Yu Narukami's strongest robot built from the blueprints of an ancient Reploid, tore open a portal to the final temple housing the Falacion blade!
Delta, Soko, Vergil, Sigmur, and Pars followed suit, entering the bizarre dimension that housed the final sword that somehow held the cure to restoring the Saiyan, Lady Lettis, to full health. Soko was the first to fight against One. However, before the battle was over before it even began; Soko had become a Super Saiyan 3!!
Soko made short work of One, stomping him far into the ground. The robot was forced to surrender and gave Soko the final key to unlock Falacion. One renounced his ties to Narukami as he left the battleground.
Narukami himself then confronted the group! The mad Tuffle hellbent on destruction had achieved his Blanco form through intense DNA manipulation! Pars and Vergil fought against Narukami and finally defeated him! However, Vergil was not satisfied with simply defeating his foe in battle. Vergil unsheathed Yamato and plunged it far into the Tuffle's torso, killing him! Delta, the pacifist android, was enraged by this needless killing, cutting off his ties with the Demon.
On the group's return home, Soko revived Lettis using the recovered Falacion! Lettis jumped back into her life and celebrated with her loved ones, announcing plans to hold a birthday party for Delta, whom had never ONCE celebrated his date of creation.
With Narukami defeated, have our heroes finally won themselves a moment of peace? Where has One lurked off too? What evils are hiding themselves in the shadows, eager for the perfect moment to strike?!

He gains it Friday evening? Saturday, 3:00 PM PST. Thursday? Friday 3:00 PM PST. Wednesday? (Impossible, but) Thursday, 3:00 PM PST.
Baram has to be at the controls of the device in order to activate (or deactivate) it! If you can distract him long enough, the device might start overheating, causing Baram to be forced to shut it down, else the Open Source beam will not work correctly in his vision!
Specifics of fight: Just like Namek, you'll be facing off against my first and final form. No inbetween, though. After someone gains God-ki and/or someone pushes me far enough, I'll go Golden.
There is no lethality in any of the fights. No need for SSJ this time, luckily.
There will be one rematch per fighter. Since the goal is to spread God-Ki (read: aids), focus on a buff that gives dur/speed, decreasing str/resistance.
Rewards: Winner gets 50m, and SSJ Blue training (if you didn't get it during the fight/before)/50% mastery of god-ki.

After one or two heroes get to 25%, or one hero gets to 50%, I will call a halt, and we'll begin stage 2.
AFTER THAT POINT, ALL THOSE WHO HAD GODKI BEFORE THE FESTIVITIES BEGAN WILL BEGIN FIGHTING TOO
It'll be a battle royale, Heroes vs Villians. Three rounds in total, it ends when there is either one villian standing, or no heroes are standing. If you are put down, you have one more 'life' (so go off to the side and heal up.) After that 'life', stay down or stay out of the way.
Do this two more times, and the results of the three rounds will end up causing the wipe to go in that party's favor.
You have three endings, /v/. Let's see what happens.

LAST TIME ON DRAGON BALL /V/!!
A large grumbling sound is heard throughout the cosmos- the center being the Ice Planet! Our heroes go to investigate the universal tremors and the mysterious person-shaped void of Ki being 'given' off from the area.
Who else is there, except for the confident Baram! He quickly explains his plans- using a open source beam, he will recreate the universe in a open source image! Those who do not comply with these standards will be erased and recreated, with FOSS alternations (JoJo Made In Heaven style.) Onion, being frustrated with simply the shitty noise, decides to fight first!
Baram at first has a small lead- but then suddenly Onion's power quadruples! The effect of his [SUN] has grown his power far beyond what was thought possible, along with a dosage of God-ki. Baram is forced into his GOLDEN FORM, and Onion collapses from the strain of the [SUN] and [GODKI].
Knez, jumping in to fight, reveals that he also has a GOLDEN FORM. Baram and Knez briefly explain their partnership, to the despairing folk.
As Baram takes everyone south, he reveals that this power is actually OPEN SOURCE KI, dubbed GOD KI due to it's mystic nature. He fights two more people, Saxaphax and Cyril, who both gain god-ki, but tag out due to exhaustion. As more heroes tag in to fight Baram and Knez in efforts to stall them, Baram and Knez occasionally gets healed by the Open Source healing beams!!
This is not enough for Baram and Knez, as they quickly feel the strain of their new power, while the heroes are beginning to tap into theirs. Once more, Baram calls for yet more allies, and this time, a huge battle royale takes place on the icy-lake! No hands barred. A lengthy fight takes place, but unfortunately for the Villains, they can't keep up with the heroes! A plan is hatched between Knez and Baram: Knez and co will stall, while Baram attempts to activate the machine anyways!
The plan is successful, and on the third bout, Baram successfully activates the machine! However, something awakens within it! The power inside the machine doubles- triples- quadruples, and at the behest of Baram, is on verge of blowing up prematurely, destroying the universe in a unintended fashion! Baram rushes outside, and requests the help of Delta to defuse the situation as fast as possible!
-It fails. The machine, despite Delta's analysis and attempts, fires with the abnormal buildup of Godki. Luckily, the projectile explodes just above Ice atmosphere, granting a moment of relief as the black hole begins to form! The black hole, for some reason, stabilizes, and it's sheer sizes gives weight to how: there is a Ki signature inside! Both Heroes and Villians go together inside the dark wormhole, which opens up to a room.
Inside the room the pitch black, but not dark, space, contains a small puzzle the DB/v/irginians had to deal with. A puzzle which said "At what time will be our end?" The answer, using torches, was 12:00!
Not even seconds after solving the puzzle, a hideous monster from beyond escapes from the black hole! It's Spideroly!? Named FOSS God? A malevolent entity, made to destroy the Universe specifically for the sins of it's residents, assaults our heroes and villains! A fierce, crowded battle takes place, the monster slamming both Icer and Saiyan alike into the walls and sides of the black hole room! Through whittling it down little by little, Spideroly is eventually dealt the final blow by Lexa!
Thus, the universe is saved. Ending (3) of (3) accomplished: Heroes win the final stage, and defeats Spideroly. (Good End)

Later, the wedding for Delta and Lady Lettis was finally underway! The great Rabi Rabbito married the couple, using the full power of memes to do so. Afterwards, it turned into an all out memefest where everyone just started posting memes and beating each other up! Even Sans Undertale made an appearance!
But it wasn't over yet, Snake! Shadow Blanco was PISSED no one bought things from his shop, so he attempted to use the full power of the Master Emerald to- wait, whats this?! BAH GAWD, ITS PANTY WITH THE CHAIR!!! Shadow Blanco was defeated in battle, stopping his plans!
And so, our warriors ended on a happy ending that opened up an alternate timeline where events leading up to the Halfie Wipe didn't happen uhh ask someone about Prequel Wipe theory its a doozy What will the future hold for the new generation of fighters?

All skills on this list may/may not be teachable to certain races. Not my fault if you're a saiyacuck who has to spend 100 student points for Unlock Potential instead of like 30 for others.
- Makankosappo: Learn Beam and destroy a rock in front of me. Late wipe (think a week/two later), you have to beam for 30 seconds.
- Materialize: Create a weight, and spend 100k on upgrading it.
- Splitform: Spar a simulation for two minutes straight, beat five Dino Munkies.
- Shield/Meditate (level 2)/etc: Become a student of the Namekian Gamer Ways or live on Namek and spar a simulation for a minute and have it disable due to low health.
- Sense: Stay powered up for a minute, allow me to give power to you when you run out of energy, and then stay powered up for two minutes.
- Unlock Potential/Heal/Telepathy: Have a RP'd connection to magic, or be a race conceivably capable of magic. For Telepathy, have more than 10k BP and stay powered up for a minute, if you cannot reach the magic req.

Turles Tier: Kienzan. Krillin's Destructo Disk or Frieza's Flying Pizzas, whatever you wanna call it. You should be strong enough to at least be A-S tier and impress me with your feats. You should be able to at least anger me when I'm going all-out.
The following tiers are Saiyan only.
Tarble Tier: Galic Gun. You should know damn well what this is. By this point, you should be one of the more respected members of the Empire. You have to be energy capped to qualify for this skill.
Bardock Tier: Big Bang Attack. Its Charge but bigger, faster, and you can't Flash Step with it. I should consider you one of the most loyal motherfuckers of all time and one of the strongest to boot
Vegeta Tier: Final Flash. One the best beams in terms of sheer power, but uh you better hope your opponent waits for it to reach him. You'd have to either be my kid or in my panties for this.

The sole dev is a moron who can’t understand the importance of game balance in a competitve multiplayer game. There have been numerous reports of several skills either being mind boggingly OP or not working at all, yet he refuses to actually fix/adjust them for weeks to months on end. Tens plays favorites with races and makes his favorite DBZ races absolutely broken. In the past, Namekians were the meta. In the right hands, they were the most broken and ungodly race to play as, and it wasn’t until recently he decided to listen to his playerbase and nerf them. Speaking of listening to his playerbase, Dragon Universe was arguably still is on death’s door because of Tens’ sheer incompetence and stubborness. Public server admins hate him, his playerbase hates him, shit I’m sure at least half of BYOND hates him. Tens’ number one priority is making money, and he fucks over game balance by giving players skills and stat and BP advantages via buying his microtransactions. The best part; they’re not even permanent upgrades. Thats right folks, in DU, ‘’’microtransactions let you RENT bonuses’’’. So in public servers, you have all these dicksucker kids and autistic neets who shelve out their wallets just to rent upgrades that let them pretend to be good at the game. Luckily, we’ve managed to disable buying Tens’ packs on our server about a year ago. Instead of listening to his playerbase or trying to compete with his competition, Roleplay Tenkaichi and Genesis (Genesis is a new DBZ BYOND game. It looks interesting and has some mechanics our game, Dragon Ball Climax, has been planned to have), Tens puts in minimal effort and actively ignores and spites his RP players, which only further divides his already diminishing playerbase. Tens is a sack of shit who has his head shoved too far up his own ass and is the sole reason for all of DU’s problems.
That said, DU can still be fun. Shit, why else has DB/v/ existed for a year? But the game is too bogged down by all the layers of shit that Tens refuses to do anything about. These next points are more nitpicky, but there’s also dumb shit like adding in non-DBZ races and planets, unexciting implementation of God Ki, broken mob AI, and generally piss poor icons.
BYOND is ironically the least of DU’s problems. Pray for codefags to arrive and help us with Climax, I can’t take DU anymore.

The main reason why Climax has been taking so long is there isn't one.
The reason is simply a bunch of reasons that pile up into making the project stagnate.
We're essentially bringing the three-four years of development DU has had into a much smaller few month time period, along with the various improvements we've been trying to make.
Not to belittle Auron's accomplishments (he has helped quite a bit to make the framework and equations for the shit we're trying to work out), but he hasn't been active lately. For other codefags, they've mostly been working on addons, additions, and misc items that don't really 'contribute' to it being done. (Like building a boat and then another dude decides to put a minigolf table right when you finished the lower levels. It technically works, but it doesn't contribute to the boat being any less non-floaty.)
I think Iro has been making more than a few neccessary map changes (like making Namek less hard on the eyes, and Earth into a surprisingly dense level planet), but that doesn't mean the core features are done.

Download the latest version of Climax's source.
Open up Climax's source in a working directory. Boom, you have the entire game, malleable to YOUR fingertips.
Essentially, just copy paste code, make sure to actually READ and INTERPRET it, and modify to what you want it to be.
After you've got your changes:
- Either learn Git, make a fork, and then learn how to do a merge request,
- or give your changes to a codefag through a vola link when they're on.
I recommend the former, it allows you to keep track of shit better, and gitgud.io, while complex to learn, makes your life so much more easier when you get it done.
As for the actual git program, I recommend TortoiseGit, it's newfag friendly.

Better than RoF, worse than BoG.
Film has some real pacing issues in the first half, and loads more in the second half. Characterization of Broly and Paragus is good, but the motivation for Broly to fight had some retardation, though it at least made sense somewhat. Also best SSJ motivation since OG series.
Visually, the shits pretty damn good. Not Spiderverse tier, but the animation style is a lot less ass when you get past that it's not 90s ver level of detail.
Music is cheesy but fun
Finally, Broly is a good guy now :^)

There will be no more wishes (IC wishes, the balls will still be around for 'regular'/OOC wishes like knowledge and money n shit, but power wishing and immortality is a no-no pls.) until the Gamer Guru reveals the condition to be met for their revival.
Thus, the Gamer Guru issues a challenge to the Queen! Beat him at a soul-binding game of Yugioh, and acquire a worthless piece of dirt, or lose to him and be forced to never return (and pay damages)! Any hostile combat will result in the combatees getting sent to the Shadow Realm (read: getting bullied and teased in OOC chat.)
