Nigger THIRTY years of butchered japanese vidya in the West is nothing new, and if something taught me well, the majority of western users dont give an utter shit about the quality of translation (or even censorship) even in the face of proofs and evidences (look at the Fire Emblem debacle for instance) so working in "localization" companies wouldnt have been as rewarding alongside with the shit pay as faggots like OP would have implied.

Most of the first-party games are from SCEA, the sole first-party studio I ever gave a shit about in recent times was Studio Japan, which was from SCEJ.

In fact I was the one guy who would always import japanese games (either brand new or second-handed, generally the latter) no matter what, even if it eventually got a western release.
