Not so hot but really only from a physical standpoint. I dislocated my shoulder Wednesday and after having it re-set into its socket I dislocated it again in my sleep while turning. Out of work until Monday and then lite duty only until the 20th unfortunately, but my spirits are still high and it wasn't my dominant arm thankfully so I can still play video games. sim city 3000 is still great, city skylines is fun if you dont mind spending most of your time managing roads and traffic, or trying to engineer small little cute towns.
but my favorite city builder is dragon quest builders. its not intentional, but you can build cute little rpg towns… there are no options for taxes or anything like that, its really just construction/design and choosing who lives where…
i've been on a journey to just find a mod or some ini config or something to fix banished. if it wasnt for the AI the game would be top tier comfy.

Cyber knight 2, now THIS is a hidden gem! A galaxy sprawling srpg adventure, with mechas on the snes. I would recommend it to anyone if you want something new to play for the snes, and are tired of the classics. I tried playing cyber knight 1 first, but it was WAY to slow with a random encounter rate like crazy. I say skip it and play the sequel.

Yeah, however the battles are quite fast. A thing some might not like about the game is that there is no money or stuff to buy in the game. Whenever you leave your spaceship you bring along 10 med kits and 10 repair kits (for your mechs). The way you get weapons and armor is kinda like etrian odyssey, where enemies leave behind drops that is used to build you new gear.

The story from what I've gathered is that in cyber knight 1 your warp device went haywire and you ended up lost in space. During the course of that game you uncover a bunch of extremely powerful weapons and gear and end up defeating a evil alien race at the center of the universe. Cyber knight 2 starts with your character returning to earth and getting imprisoned by an evil dictator who has taken control of the earth. you follow a general story line with people at your base of operations saying things like "there is trouble brewing at planet such and such".

I just beat Gun (100% completion) on Hard mode for the first time, for a bunch of developers that would be known for Guitar Hero they really nailed a solid western TPS. The voice acting was good, the shooting was good but janky at times, and the overall game felt nice. If anything I view Gun as a predecessor to many western games that came after it such as Red Dead and Call of Juarez. A nice piece of history if you ask me. Other than that I have been playing Paint the Town Red, Torchlight 2 and Brawlhalla with some friends, and probably going to finish my run of F.E.A.R. soon, started it on Halloween for the holiday's sake. Might decide to try out Zone of Enders since my foray into Armored Core didn't go so well after I unwittingly got a copy of Armored Core V from my friend.

Finally beginning my first Tales of game with Symphonia. I'm about 3 hours in now, having just escaped that prison in the desert. I'm supposed to go to some ruins and unseal some sort of fire seal. I will say that the combat took me a minute to get accustomed to; I was expecting something more like Star Ocean's combat where you can into the foreground or background at will. If I don't flee to New Zealand or Australia because Europe is a lot more fucked than America somehow, I might be forced to fight back.
I'm afraid that if I kill people in a racial civil war because of these circumstances, be they white, Hispanic, black, etc., I won't feel bad about it. the chinks will be relegated into their own servers to my understanding BUT the issue is they're making a global version of the game for the chink release, at the moment we know the global version includes removal violent imagery from maps, along with instances of skulls or imagery of gambling (ironic). So the bloodstains on the walls in Skyscraper are to be removed, the skull logo in clubhose changed and the slot machines in clubhouse removed as well and the kill feed icons being changed. It's insane really that they feel the need to alter these things in a game primarily about shooting people because of chink sensibilities and I worry they'll tamper with the blood effects from guns which I consider pretty nice for feedback but actually affected gameplay because of wall splatter being a means of knowing there was a shootout in that area

Main series Tales usually has a balanced party cast of guys to girls (a few exceptions; Rebirth is 4:2 for instance), and I honestly can't think of any girls that are playable who are directly ugly in looks, though personal taste is it's own thing (I'm not personally fond of Chat). Stardust Crusaders OVA. There's some things I really love about it compared to the Anime. It's got a much better artistic direction by having J. Geil taunt Kakyoin and Polnareff from on top of a wall rather than being at ground-level with them (it accentuates his menace) and by having Kakyoin hatch his idea for getting Dio to reveal his stand's secret in front of a neon 7-Up sign that flickers out and back in.
However, for people unfamiliar with the series, they're going to be baffled by the "Wave Energy" (Hamon) that's briefly conversed about, how Dio supercharges himself after absorbing Joseph's blood (he's a severed head attached to Johnathan's body, which is another story entirely) and how Joseph is alive somehow at the end with no explanation (he got a transfusion from Johnathan's body that's coursing with hamon-rich vampire blood or something).

Yeah making good customs is hard in this one since Bamco locked all of the content behind the season pass I won't pay for. Lizards are especially barebones, so I just have to work with what I've got
At this point I just like making several lizards and lazy edits of the main cast. Maybe I should make some skeletons next. Hope they can use more things

no I have a PS2 as well and can emulate PS1 and other things. I got a PS3 recently though and have been jonesin to use it and I heard that the best Tales games were on PS3 (mostly). I have 3D Dot Game Heroes, Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3, Ratchet and Clank ToD, and Folklore for it as well.

While I personally got my enjoyment from Graces, the Xillias, and Berseria (Graces and the Xillias having been played co-op, which is likely a factor), a fair amount of series fans on imageboards have been adamant for quite a while that the series died to them as of Vesperia or Graces, depending on where one draws the line. Though, I might also say I’ve also seen fans over the years that consider anything post Symphonia bad, or that only Phantasia is good as well, so take that as you will. But a lot of people, at least from what I've seen here over the years, don't seem to consider any of the games explicitly on the PS3, Vesperia and/or Graces aside (Graces mainly due to people really liking the sole-CC system and it being the only entry in English with it), to be amongst the best. Symphonia Chronicles also being based on the previously JP only PS2 version is a mixed bag: you get extra content and it was the first (I think) with native dual audio here, but you also get reduced framerate and shadowing compared to the Gamecube original. Also think I've heard the newly dubbed lines were phoned in in comparison to the ones from 2004 or whenever. Still, if you haven't had to spend much on them (the Xillias and Symphonia Chronicles sold pretty damn well, but Graces isn't quite as easy or cheap to find), or have your system set up with CFW and thus piratable, Graces and the Xillias are at least competent as games. But do also look into the earlier, non-PS3 entries as well.
I'd also recommend Odin Sphere Leifthrasir if you don't have another system for it already and want another RPG.

Thing is, I'm doing well where I am now, and I'm getting comfy (although maybe getting too comfortable is a bad thing).
If I did get one of those jobs, my commute would be much longer every day, and my schedule would be more regular.
I like my schedule now (slightly offset from the regular 8-5, but still M-F) and there's definitely room to move up where I already am.
