One of the common tropes you'll see on reddit, which is displayed here, is the contrarian defense of corporate malfeasance. So one redditor will say "corporation is fucking its customers that bad" and the other redditor, the big brained NPC, will smugly counter "uhhm, no actually corporation can fuck customers its legal not bad hehe checkmate".
