I'm joking, I'd like to join you but I'm pretty sure I got my console locked from using freeshop, and I was playing the japanese version anyway (Which I don't think connects with western versions). You can cheese any boss in the game with the greatsword playing as a mercenary though, the mercenary's supers deal a lot of damage and have a shitload of i-frames on start up. I don't actually remember playing it that well though and I feel like I'm forgetting something and there's probably plenty of other abusable stuff too, but I do remember solo-ing bosses using mercenary even when my higher levelled CPU allies were getting one or two shot.
I'm surprised anyone actually still plays this though, even for me who really likes this type of game I found it to be desperately underwhelming, especially if you ever decide to take on more than one job and realise that the game only really has three different jobs.
