My guess is that a PSNID Name is what's used instead of a code: For example an Xbox/Windows "Gamer tag" is a string like 8ecdae57dao19, with a "Name" (Gamer tag) associated with the account, whereas in PSN the "Name" is account name- and all saves, purchases etc. are associated with the name itself instead of an account string.
So in theory, if you were to change your PSNID Name to something that someone else previously had, you would have access to their purchases.
And this is why Sony are retards for not seeing this as a major service issue.

That is a problem because if you develop a game for a specific framerate instead of taking a dynamic more complicated approach you can't change it later and the game speed will be bound to the framerate.
Which means that even if you have let's say 20 fps you're game will run 1/3 slower.
That's the reason Dark Souls 1 runs in 30fps. If you mod it to 60 it will do everything twice as fast.
