Most of the side characters you befriend are whites. Most of the characters you kill are niggers and spics, either through gang violence or plot. The mafia only rear their heads in for two missions.

There wasn't enough music though. Flashback FM was basically half the Scarface soundtrack album. After hearing "Push it to the Limit" 3 times it got tiring fast.
Thankfully the radio files for III are just .mp3s, so you can expand and/or replace them with whatever you want. One of the first things I did was put back in the tracks that got cut from the PS2 and beta releases.
Just wish there were more lines for the announcers though.

V is half a game out of the box. Much like other sandbox games such as the aforementioned San Andreas and Minecraft, the other half you have to assemble and arrange yourself. If you own the Steam versions of these games, then you have even less than half. But that's besides the point.
If you want the full experience from V, then you're going to want to:
>Immediately download OpenIV and start circumventing the SP Online content blocks so you can do shit like spawn Online-only vehicles and be able to listen to LSUR
>Install a graphics mod, since what's in the original game is nice but bottlenecked
>Replace the vehicle physics with something that drives much nicer and rewarding than the default physics
>Install Enhanced Melee Combat, Realism Dispatch Enhanced and World of Variety to vastly improve most other gameplay experiences
>And unless you really want to drive real cars, then install IVPack and VanillaWorks to fuel basically every fictional petrolhead urge you might have
Even just by doing these 5 things, V goes from a 5 at most to an easy 8/10 game. Any way in which you can directly say 'fuck you' to the people who continue to persecute us for Hot Coffee is an improvement.
