So it was the victim that was fucking. This is interesting, since cyanide has a hard time being absorbed through the epidermis. This means that the victim would likely have not absorbed the cyanide, but the person who he was fucking could. We need to look for another body or someone who checked themselves into a hospital. Do we know if the victim purchased the condom and can we be sure that the person he was fucking was male?

It's mostly improv as I've seen, though most witnesses prepare at least one testimony beforehand so they can copy-paste the individual statements easily during Cross-Examination. The Prosecution and Defense meanwhile work with what they know to make theories.
