All of your gripes are perfectly reasonable things that they need to address. I'm bummed about flying cars, hopefully the sidekick will only be forced early game like in Witcher 3, I think the shooting was a bit lacking as well, there was no recoil or force behind it, I'm mixed on the dialog they were going for an 80's movie level of cheesy but some of it is pretty bad. I'm cautiously excited for this game. A lot of anons are absolutely correct when they say that the level design is very similar to Deus Ex but I don't think that's a terrible thing, my only fear is that unlike Deus Ex you can't go through the entire game non-lethally or through conversation. In the demo there was a few moments of stealth where the player had the option to do a non-lethal takedown so I'm hoping this is expanded upon but for the sake of the demo they wanted to show the gunplay. The gunplay looks average, it's basically fallout 4 but with a few more abilities, and yet I'm not bothered about this. The Witcher 3's combat was serviceable at best and fucking awful at the worst, it existed purely to get you to the next plot-point which is exactly how I see Cyberpunk 2077, the combat is there because it needs to be. The excitement for this game for me comes from the story, the worldbuilding, the writing (a lot of people have pointed out that it's edgy, but that's the point of the cyberpunk tabletop and its derivatives). My biggest concern for this game is its open world, from the demo we can't really see but so far everything looks incredibly scripted.
If they can nail the open world in a believable way, I'll be happy. I just want to explore Night City, but if I can't then what's the point.

EA has Anthem and Battlefield lined up, both multiplayer games.
Bethesda also has their Fallout being a multiplayer game and we haven't heard anything about TES6 so it's not gonna be competition to Cyberpunk either.
Not that many companies are currently going for a singleplayer RPG, so they are not directly competing for the same market. And what's more, they have far more issues to worry about than trying to market their game to about 2000 users who already suspect everything is shilling anyway.

What does a company have to gain? That shit costs money, and more importantly, is very difficult to track. Advertising and marketing works off of impressions, which are very difficult to gather considering the situation you are describing.
Not only that, but imagine the firestorm that would be caused if it got out, either from leaked emails or a paper trail, that a PR firm was hired by a company to defame another companies products.
