The trick is to always appeal with gore pics or redpills while insulting the guy who reads the appeals. What??? Anyone that has played a bit in FPS ranked matches (or any collective activity IRL even) knows that some players are excellent in some roles and shit in others.
A good disrupt is gonna play pyro/Knight/raider, a good killer is gonna play soldier/flying Egyptian girl/brute, a good runner is gonna play scout/Tracer/pathfinder, a good faggot is gonna play sniper/slut/shazbot.
The core concept to have lots of classes is to have a maximum of people pick the one they're good at…

This is why I prefer Paladins, you can play each character in different ways depending on your card decks
In overwatch each character is pretty rigid in how they're used, so it's alot worse in OW if you get a teammate who refuses to switch
That being said, if they know that it's harmful if someone wont switch, maybe they should add more character flexibility so that's not such a issue
