Maybe Dante's Inferno or HellGate London, though I never played these games so I can't say how good they are. Of course there's always Castlevania where you can through axes and holy water at the hordes of undead.

Porno rogue-like Maiden Snow Eve has you fighting hordes of demons as a nun with swords, guns and holy water fueled magic. It has a steep learning curve, but if you play well you'll beat the game never having lost your purity and it feels great. Naturally, if you're bad you get raped.

Watch the original hellsing anime

If you watch it with the perspective that alucard is reborn and shifts back through reality to a very slightly different plane, experiencing a slightly different realm of causality, it becomes a lot better. It even works with his more goofy attitude echoing shrodinger's and his weird teleportation capacity.
