It's been made in warcraft 3 with really decent quality so you can probably make it in any game with a movie maker

While on the topic, I'd love for someone to do a sprited fifth-gen era Final Fantasy hack of the plane scene, culminating in a boss battle on the top of the plane between super-deformed CIA, Smee, Maimen, and Pavelheer, against a boss-tier sprited Bane bursting out from the fuselage, and two Hired Guns (still bagged over head) as additional mooks.

I almost forgot, Runescape 3 has a green screen room and green screen option for your POH, so if you gave enough of a crap you could film a scene there. They also have a Briefcase item.
