How do people play only one game? Be it assfaggots, csgo, or overcuck, I just don't get how people can play exclusively one game without getting bored. I've always played a wide variety of games, so I've never dumped thousands of hours into one single game from playing it 4 hours a day every day. Can anyone explain to me how someone can do the same shit over and over again for that long?

I get stuck on mmorpgs doing that. Maybe for like a couple months or so before I get burnt out. Also if you aren't a pirate like me and in general pretty poor I try to focus on one game anyway.

You get into a routine. Like going to school or work, like taking a shower every day, like eating meals, it's just what you do as your designated free time activity. And some eventually do get bored even after thousands of hours of being not bored, and some don't. I have a few games I've put upwards of or close to a thousand hours on myself. I just simply never tired of them. Even games that are not "skinner boxes" like MMOs that entice you with a loot cycle, the core gameplay was enough that I almost never tire of it.

I miss liking a main game that you can play for years. Right now all the "long term" games are really shit.

I guess they got really lucky that they like eating shit so they can still play the long term games that are out there today.

Wish I wasn't a nomad just playing new games all the time with almost no end game. Hope Nioh's endgame hooks me, had to drop it halfway through because my pc couldn't handle it at constant 60 fps anymore. Going to get an upgrade next week.

I get trapped into this. I don't even know why but I keep getting stuck on one game for weeks on end, usually bouncing back to tf2 between them.

I don't like it but I can never decide what else to play and most games just don't grab me.

You say that, but normalfags strike me as people that play a lot of games. Couple rounds of PUBG, few rounds of Overwatch, maybe an hour of whatever fighting game is popular at the time, then probably go out to have a few drinks with friends, maybe at a bar or maybe to watch a movie. People who sit down and play just one single game for months strike me as being people who're far out of the ordinary. Yeah, the thing about that is these people accept that they will never be more than mediocre at these games. They'll never win any matches. They'll never play at a really high level. Most games that it's possible to finish, they won't. Basically, they will permanently be playing backyard touch football with their beer-buddies for laughs.

So it actually has nothing to do with autism to obsess over a single game. It's more about extreme and violent competitiveness; these are the kinds of people that spend tons of money on their games and take it way too seriously, the kind that think they're the king of the fucking universe because they have the fastest time in a goldeneye level.

There are plenty of people between those two extremes, but you don't hear much about them. Most people don't play either ONE game or a little bit of DOZENS of games; most people have a handful that they enjoy and they kind of rotate around them.
