I want to point out as a venezuelan, the whole "bolivarian socialism" is entirely a late 80s thing, my grandmother, who was born in the 30s (the generation that saw the country change from a agricultural state to a modern society), would go on rambling about godless comunism and how chavez should be kicked out of the country for hours, since in her times commusim was seen as an insult to god and family values.
Not only that, but when chavez gained power in 1998 he was not a commie, but a civic nationalist people voted for because they were tired of the bi-partidism that had ruled the country since the 60s.
The only red colors he used was that of his beret, and that was because he was an ex-paratrooper, not because any communism, you can see here a picture when he got elected in 1998 and a young madure by his side.

Being an aspie chink myself, I think I'll have some bias in this, but I believe that Chinks are specialist cells, whereas whites are cells that can serve many, versatile purposes. Think of a cell that can do many functions - that's your white, whereas more specialized cells such as CD8 T-helper cells, or beta pancreatic cells, can be thought of as chinks/japs. I find that we usually don't make original ideas in this day and age, but rather improve on them.
I mean, the Japs made cars so good that they drove the Americans out of business. I see that they seemed to have very good gas efficiency in comparison to American cars produced in the post ww2-period.

REAL TL;DR: Spain goes to war with Peru, Chile and Bolivia. CB: Demand reparations and the occupation of some pissant guano islands.

I always get disease events, because my pops don't get enough wool. I can fix that at least by having buying Wool in bulk and then giving it to my people from my stockpile.
Also for some reason my cotton RGOs are the poorest in my country and have lots of unemployed, which give me disease events, even if I do the thing above.
What can I do to fix my cotton farmers? Isn't cotton supposed to be more valuable than shit like grain or fruit?
