<many exclusives that aren't talked about
Out if 1400 games, only 31 are actually true exclusives (Which, even then is a lie because Rare Replay and Halo: MCC are ports/remasters)
<gameplay first above all
I will give you that. They don't seem as motovated to make movie games as Sony is (Probably because Quantum Break is the only one that did "well", and Halo 5 flopping completely probably gave them a nice punch to the gonads), but they still have a problem of having way to much control on projects (See embed, and remember that they cancelled the Phantom Dust reboot, Fable Legends, and Scalebound out of the blue for no damn reason).

<backwards compatability with previous xbox consoles
You do know the 360 is still available, right? It's not some obscure find, and the same goes for the original Xbox. The biggest problem with the BC on the XB1 is that Microsoft seeks "permission" from publishers about making their games compatible. The problem is that this still leaves numerous games unavailable due to licenses expiring and legal issues (For example, they are giving a likely indication that true exclusive games like Bullet Witch or Spectral Force 3 will never be backwards compatible due to their exception on site where you can "vote" for future BC titles), and who knows about the absolute copyright mess some original Xbox games are caught up in. On top of that, there are almost 400 games currently available with the BC program, yet it hasn't accommodated for any of the 100 true exclusive games for the 360 (Not even all of the 360 titles owned by Microsoft themselves are available yet, so do you really expect them to get the remaining 150 true original Xbox exclusives?).
<Xbox Live gives out many free games, so you're really paying for games instead of the online component
I do not want to pay for online (That's it, end of discussion), and I do not trust the idea of downloading games on consoles when there's a physical copy available.
