Cain in BoI. Also if you get lucky with lucky pennies and luck up pills, it kinda feeds back into itself and you can max out your luck. It's fun if you have some sort of status on your tears.

what do you mean by luck? Do you mean by rng luck or do you mean characters themselves that are lucky in say the story of the game?

Got the time-lost proto-drake in WoW. Picked up a blue party hat someone lost when they got lured into the wilderness before the pker picked it up. Managed to escape.

I mean your consideration on your luck, if you look for the RNG and consider it objective that is fine. But if you call for the amazing thing that just happened that you can only define as subjective and abstract luck I want to hear your story.

When I don't give a shit, games turn out to be fantastic. (Nier Automata, Dark Souls 3, Nioh)

But when I'm hyped they turn out to be absolute trash. (Dark Souls 2, Guilty Gear Xrd, Hob)

Not sure if luck is involved though.
