Give ToHeart2 a go OP. It's the high school slice of life dating sim/visual novel. It was huge when it came out and for a good reason. It's a very solid VN with a great selection of girls to choose from and it's filled with comedy. Recently the whole game was translated and decensored.

If you want some gameplay, you can't go wrong with Rune Factory 4. It's a great mix of farming, romancing, and animal taming. It's a very relaxing game that you can play at your own pace and it's very humorous too. When you beat the game, you can transform your NPC into anyone. You can transform into your wife's mom and fuck her if you wanted to. Honestly one of the best the 3DS has to offer.

Sakura Wars (V) is a pretty great game too. You're in an anime NYC where you're the leader of a mech defense force that also runs a theater. Outside of mech battles, you're doing a bunch of socializing with the various women there. Nearly all choices are timed so you have to be hot on your toes when it comes to choices which makes it more fun. There are a lot of Heavy Rain tier QTEs too.

Not exactly set in high school, but maybe you can give the Galaxy Angel trilogy a try. Simple real-time tactics combat with specialized space fighters sandwiched by slice-of-life VN segments hanging out with the girls. You can even keep your relationship with one girl going into the sequels. It's very much structured like a Sakura Wars game that >>13759971 mentioned.
