The story goes that LTG talked shit about Viscant, and Viscant took offense. This leads to a grudge money match between the two in USF4, LTG's game, which Viscant really doesn't even play (guy was a Marvel 3 player).
Despite all of LTG's shit talk, Viscant bops him despite clearly barely knowing what he's doing in this game, proving once again that LTG is a huge scrub. Oh, and LTG didn't actually bring the cash, and had to have one of his buddies pony it up.
