Here's the problem: When "black hats" infiltrated the motion picture, they decided to weaponize it to their own benefit, some detrimental to the "watcher" or other people. This is to say that I do not mean for us all to stop "watching anything" at all. I do appreciate a lot of films or tv series but always proceed with caution. Pic related.
TL;DR "If (you) do what X_protagonist does, (you) might get the same reward because the movie told (you) so".
"Visions" are supposed to be in the form of "dreams" and when people see images, it is internalized and is a form of learning, self-insert and real - quickest learning method. Nightmares can sometimes teach us the dangers, like when camping out in the forest and then dreaming of a sudden bear attack or a thunderstorm this would compel us to prepare and it's what saved our asses. The problem is the same effect happens with TV in general. And what happens if all people "dream the same dream" or "internalize the same visions"? You get reality. This is the best way to control the mind with the most head count. It's not those "torture rooms" but rather it's in the living room or movie theaters where people sit down and binge in a vision, come out of the room "reformed".
Here's the solution: Don't take shows to the face value or immerse in its universe if you think the show is infiltrated by "black hats" - always assume it is.
If it's a trending mainstream and co-workers talk about it, that's a red light and they've been "reformed" and are drones - watch them react like a mindhive and have similar and conforming beliefs even if it's fucked up.
Destroy the concept of "believing in fiction" and treat all shows as fiction and irrelevant for future, either develop a better taste like watching documentaries (with a grain of salt because black hats) or watching diy/craft/skill shows.
