I don't use DXM weekly, I use it bi-weekly. But there have been times that I broke the rule and decided fuck it and did it again a little early. But to make up for that, Im gonna wait until April so I get a fresh start. And that will have been a good 3 weeks
Yeah getting addicted to DXM wouldn't really be bad, its just the principle that I dont want to be hooked to anything. As well as doing it a lot technically doesnt cause permanent damage in most people (a study was done with chronic daily users and under 1% had anything permanent) it could still fuck things up for a while. At 2 weeks per use I kinda dont notice anything going wrong. Sometimes I might look at a word and have to do a double take, but its not anything overly concerning. Im pretty sure anyone can be like that normally.
