I'm generally happy with the quality of what I collect, but in many ways, I'd like to point out how something could have been done better, and try to give constructive criticism. I can't help but wonder how companies get their feedback. Perhaps it's purely a sales thing.

Toys need a similar revolution to what comic books are going through. More public acceptance and knowledge of characters and pop culture involvement, then toys will stop being less for kids and more for mainstream, which makes the industry want to build and make better stuff. Beware the downsides of that though.

In some ways I feel we're already kind of there. The popularly of Funko shit, the fall of DCUC and rise of DC Collectables, and Figuarts being sold in Barnes and Noble makes me feel that way.

At the same time, there's still some silly bonehead shit companies pull, and I'm sick of it. I don't think starting a toy blog is going to suddenly cause great reform though. More and more I'm considering getting into the industry, but I imagine that's got to be incredibly challenging.
