YES! I’m all about the laughter first and foremost. An ugly laugh is a deal breaker for me no matter how much they may be open minded to tickling.
Case in point I once dated a girl a good decade ago who was rather kinky and open minded and was totally into the idea of being tied up and tickled. Laughter is so fucking important. Screaming, constant talking over the lee's reactions or an unattractive laugh are the easiest ways to ruin a video. A sexy laugh can elevate even an otherwise mediocre one. In 2D material, a properly drawn facial expression will convey the idea of what the 'lee's laughter would sound like and will almost always be the focal point of the picture. Even dumb "hahaha"s in stories/pics can enhance them thoroughly if used correctly. It can be lighthearted and cute, it can be wild and desperate, it can be tired and forced, it can be uncontrollable and orgasmic. It is the biggest indicator of what's going on inside the 'lee's mind if you know how to interpret it. It is the physical reaction associated with tickling par excellence. Does anyone else look up the voice actors for characters that get tickled in anime and cartoons? Some of the laughter sounds so good that I can't believe someone did it without actually getting tickled. I'd love to have been there when the recording was done and see what it looked like, especially since a lot of those voice actresses are actually really good looking.

I used to do this for visual novels until I realized that it's much better to look up the dev studio and scenario writers because that's a more accurate predictor of whether you'll find any other tickling scenes in their other work.
One interesting tidbit I found from when I did look up VAs though was that the girl voicing one of my favorite VN tickling scenes might be the same girl voicing Yurika (aka best girl) from the Rokujouma anime. I haven't looked into it enough to confirm it 100%, but they sound similar enough for me to believe it and that really warms my heart and penis.

I were once listening a VA comment for one of tickling drama CDs where she was kinda explaining how the recording goes. She told that laughing was really hard considering the length and at some point she just was imagining how ridiculous she looking by standing in front of the mic and laughing without reason. So I would imagine that's how the process goes for most of the scenes.

There's only one I can think of who's credited with working for at least 4 different studios that had ticking scenes. The games in question are:
Kunoichi Mikagetsu In'yuuki Jinmon Hen
Choukyoushin Yuuri
Euphoria
plus tickling scenes in like 4 different games by the studio Black Cyc
At least I'm assuming it's because of the same guy because he's the only person I saw work on all of these games. Don't know much about his career writing porn games, but based on just this stuff alone he's a legend as far as I'm concerned.
Most of the other writers probably just made multiple tickle scenes in different games for the same studio. There's also plenty of writers who did tickle scenes for just one individual tickling scene, which makes me wonder just who greenlights these scenes or pushes for games to have them. Is it the producer/director maybe? I don't know man.

Probably not. There's a lot of weird porn on there so I'm not comfortable taking it to a service so I've been trying to look up some youtube videos on how to fix it and it's looking like I'd need to buy both equipment and some kind of replacement chip for it, which is also probably difficult if not impossible to get for an older device.

same here. Although laughter can be either added value or a turnoff depending on the situation. I also find screamers a bit of a turnoff, but in a real life scenario it gives you the excuse to gag them and seeing them even more powerless (not a fan of gags per se, but I like this kind of psychological games meant to mentally break the lee).
