MLK and civil rights moments were communist funded to destabilize race relations in the US.
There was a lot in the JFK docs about NOI - Nation of Islam - and it's founder Elijah Muhammad, mentor to Malcom X.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elijah_Muhammad
>In 1934, the Nation of Islam published its first newspaper, Final Call to Islam, to educate and build membership.
>Children of its members attended classes at the newly created Muhammad University of Islam
>But this soon led to challenges by boards of education in Detroit and Chicago, which considered the children truants from the public school system.
>The controversy led to the jailing of several University of Islam board members and Elijah Muhammad in 1934 and to violent confrontations with police. Muhammad was put on probation, but the university remained open.

This guys seems swampy. The economy has already proven him wrong with its continued growth.
From April 2017
David Stockman has a stern message for investors: They're living in a fantasy land about Trump.
In a recent interview on CNBC's "Futures Now," the former director of the Office of Management and Budget under President Reagan said that "Wall Street is totally misreading Washington," and President Trump's promises of tax reform will be "dead before arrival."
The president is "essentially a 70-year old kid in a candy store who wants one of everything: More for defense, veterans, border walls, law enforcement, infrastructure and 'phenomenal' tax cuts, too—without the inconvenience of paying for any of it," said Stockman.

“The Asia Foundation (TAF), a Central Intelligence Agency proprietary, was established in 1954 to undertake cultural and educational activities on behalf of the United States Government in ways not open to official U.S. agencies."
https://8ch.net/cbts/res/15090.html#15321
http://larouchepub.com/other/2015/4218_obama's_mommy.html—>
The company she worked for was the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). This was the CIA. They supplied rice to the Laotian army, and the Laotian army resold it to the North Vietnamese,—and when this came out, they said, "Should we be doing this? Should we be supporting the enemy? They said, "No, no, no, it's okay, because it's keeping them from,—we're basically buying off the Laotians. They're not going to ally with the communists, even though they're supplying the North Vietnamese." It was with strings attached. It was to get them to support the war against the communists in Southeast Asia.
Other programs the USAID conducted were for injured civilians. Lots of money was allotted for injured civilians, which was diverted for military purposes. In 1971, USAID and the CIA were accused of losing $1.7 billion, somehow, in South Vietnam. USAID money was directed to the CIA's proprietary airline in Southeast Asia,—Air America,—and in Thailand, USAID funds for an "accelerated rural development program," were actually masking CIA anti-communist counterinsurgency operations.
In 1971, in Pakistan, where Obama's mom also worked, funds from the USAID were used for East Pakistan's military fortifications on the border with India, in the months before the outbreak of war with India. In 1972, USAID funneled money to the Southern part, only, of North Yemen, to aid North Yemen's forces against the government of South Yemen.
USAID worked on all these projects with the Asia Foundation, which financed the guesthouse at the University of Hawaii, where Barack Obama's father stayed when he was airlifted there by the CIA.

David Stockman:
College:
"In my first three months, I went through an absolute clash of cultures," Stockman recalls. "My first professor was an atheist and socialist from Brooklyn, and within three months I think he destroyed everything I believed in, from God to the flag." When the Vietnam War became the focus of campus radicalism, Stockman became a leader, and read Herbert Marcuse, C. Wright Mills, and Paul Goodman's critiques of American society. "I became a radical, not in the hard-core sense but in the more casual sense that nearly everybody was on campus in those days. Naturally, as a good Methodist, I looked for the Methodist youth center, which became the anti-war center, because that was the socially conscious thing to to. I was still enough of a farm boy to believe that revolution was God's work."
At Harvard, he dropped theology and moved into the social sciences (though he never received training as an economist). "I guess I always had a strong intellectual bent, so I needed a strong theory of how the world worked."
State Congress:
Indeed, as a congressman, Stockman himself had worked hard to make certain that his Fourth District constituents exploited the system. His office maintained a computerized alert system for grants and loans from the myriad agencies, to make certain that no opportunities were missed. "I went around and cut all the ribbons and they never knew I voted against the damn programs," he said.
1982
THREE weeks before the Inauguration, Stockman and his transition team of a dozen or so people were already established at the OMB office in the Old Executive Office Building.
In early January, Stockman and his staff were assembling dozens of position papers on program reductions and studying the internal forecasts for the federal budget and the national economy. The initial figures were frightening—"absolutely shocking," he confided—yet he seemed oddly exhilarated by the bad news, and was bubbling with new plans for coping with these horrendous numbers.
An OMB computer, programmed as a model of the nation's economic behavior, was instructed to estimate the impact of Reagan's program on the federal budget.
Stockman set about doing two things. First, he changed the OMB computer. Assisted by like-minded supply-side economists, the new team discarded orthodox premises of how the economy would behave. Instead of a continuing double-digit inflation, the new computer model assumed a swift decline in prices and interest rates. Instead of the continuing pattern of slow economic growth, the new model was based on a dramatic surge in the nation's productivity….
But, second, Stockman used the appalling deficit projections as a valuable talking point in the policy discussions that were under way with the President and his principal advisers. Nobody in that group was the least bit hesitant about cutting federal programs, but Reagan had campaigned on the vague and painless theme that eliminating "waste, fraud, and mismanagement" would be sufficient to balance the accounts. Now, as Stockman put it, "the idea is to try to get beyond the waste, fraud, and mismanagement modality and begin to confront the real dimensions of budget reduction."
How much pain was the new President willing to impose? How many sacred cows would he challenge at once? Stockman was still feeling out the commitment at the White House, aware that Reagan's philosophical commitment to shrinking the federal government would be weighed against political risks.

Asia foundation linked to USAID Anonymous 11/30/17 (Thu) 16:08:55 af096e No.16180
Is TFA just a link to BO’s WH?
On September 22, 2010, President Barack Obama signed a Presidential Policy Determination (PPD) on Global Development. (Although the Administration considered the PPD too sensitive for release to the public, it was finally released in February 2014 as required by a U.S. court order. The Administration had initially provided a fact sheet to describe the policy.) The PPD promised to elevate the role of development assistance within U.S. policy and rebuild "USAID as the U.S. Government's lead development agency." It also established an Interagency Policy Committee on Global Development led by the National Security Staff and added to U.S. development efforts an emphasis on innovation.[123] To implement the PPD's instruction that "USAID will develop robust policy, planning, and evaluation capabilities," USAID re-created in mid-2010 a development planning office, the Bureau of Policy, Planning, and Learning.[124]

Ann Dunham
So, in 1967, a year after this bloody coup in Indonesia, she takes Obama to go live with Lolo Soetoro. Obama's raised by Lolo Soetoro's transvestite housekeeper when he's away massacring the Chinese and the communist Indonesians. And Obama's mom is really interesting. I don't know how to describe it really. She's basically,—it's weird. After I describe it, it'll make sense to you, what it is. Basically she was a CIA agent during this period, which was the period of the war in Indo-China. Keep in mind that the war in Vietnam is going on during all of this.
She's often-times portrayed as like a hippy liberal,—but she wasn't in Indonesia protesting the war; she was actually profiling,—she was trained to profile the villagers throughout Indonesia, to sort of mark them as "loyal" or "disloyal," and then her husband would go and get rid of them. I think he studied geography at the University of Hawaii, so he had a reason to go there to study maps and whatnot.
What she did, though, is, she worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), in Jakarta, and she taught English to people at the American embassy there. And she also had a lot of activity throughout Southeast Asia: like in South Vietnam, Thailand, Laos. She travelled all over: Bangladesh, Pakistan, India. She also, throughout her career, she worked for the Ford Foundation, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, as well as USAID. And she started out teaching English to CIA agents, and people who were being recruited to become CIA agents from Indonesia. And then, she got involved in micro-loans.
And this was said as kind of like a praise, or defense, of her: She was giving micro-loans. But you can't think of a more evil thing to do, than give someone a micro-loan.
She was working for Peter Geithner, who was Timothy Geithner's father. He allotted the money, and she would profile,—because she also studied anthropology, so she would go and profile these people, who would get loans.
These are from her scrapbook.
Question: Was Peter Geithner also a CIA agent?
Yes.

>President Obama’s own work in 1983 for Business International Corporation, a CIA front that conducted seminars with the world’s most powerful leaders and used journalists as agents abroad, dovetails with CIA espionage activities conducted by his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham in 1960s post-coup Indonesia on behalf of a number of CIA front operations, including the East-West Center at the University of Hawaii, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Ford Foundation.
>Dunham met and married Lolo Soetoro, Obama’s stepfather, at the East-West Center in 1965. Soetoro was recalled to Indonesia in 1965 to serve as a senior army officer and assist General Suharto and the CIA in the bloody overthrow of President Sukarno.

Indonesia.
The Asia Foundation found and groomed Obama for his new handlers. Obama was MKUltra'd and sold to CIA… sent to NK for further programming, received education, and funding from his Saudi donors, to be placed as Manchurian candidate.

One of the entities affiliated with the USAID work in Indonesia was the Asia Foundation, a 1950s creation formed with the help of the CIA to oppose the expansion of communism in Asia. The East-West Center guest house in Hawaii was funded by the Asia Foundation. The guest house is also where Barack Obama Sr. first stayed after his airlift from Kenya to Hawaii, arranged by the one of the CIA’s major agents of influence in Africa, Mboya.

CIA banking and Hawaii
Meanwhile, Dunham Soetoro’s mother, Madelyn Dunham, who raised young Obama when he returned to Hawaii in 1971 while his mother stayed in Indonesia, was the first female vice president at the Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu.
Various CIA front entities used the bank. Madelyn Dunham handled escrow accounts used to make CIA payments to U.S.-supported Asian dictators like Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos, South Vietnamese President Nguyen van Thieu, and President Suharto in Indonesia.
In effect, the bank was engaged in money laundering for the CIA to covertly prop up its favored leaders in the Asia-Pacific region.

Hawaii University - BO - MKUltra
A series of formerly Confidential CIA memoranda, dated May 15, 1972, points to the involvement of both the Defense Department’s Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), the CIA, and the University of Hawaii in the CIA’s behavioral science program.
The memos are signed by then-Deputy Director of the CIA Bronson Tweedy, the chief of the Intelligence Community’s Program Review Group (PRG) [name redacted], and CIA Director Richard Helms.
The subject of the memos is “ARPA Supported Research Relating to Intelligence Product,” The memo from the PRG chief discusses a conference held on May 11, 1972, attended by Lt. Col. Austin Kibler, ARPA’s Director of Behavioral Research. Kibler was the chief for ARPA research into behavior modification and remote viewing.
Others mentioned in the PRG chief’s memo include CIA Deputy Director for Intelligence Edward Proctor, the CIA Deputy Director for Science and Technology Carl Duckett, and Director of the Office of National Estimates John Huizenga.
In 1973, after CIA Director James Schlesinger ordered a review of all CIA programs, the CIA developed a set of documents on various CIA programs collectively called the “Family Jewels.” Most of these documents were released in 2007 but it was also revealed that Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, the CIA’s director of MKULTRA, the agency’s behavior modification, brainwashing, and drug testing component, had been ordered by Helms, before he resigned as CIA director, to be destroyed.
Duckett, in one memo from Ben Evans of the CIA to CIA Director William Colby, dated May 8, 1973, conveys that he “thinks the Director would be ill-advised to say he is acquainted with this program,” meaning Gottlieb’s drug testing program under MKULKTRA.

What can we find about Robert Blum?
Founding President of the Foundation's Board of Trustees (1954-1962)
Dr. Robert Blum, the Foundation’s first president (1954-1962), was a specialist in Asian affairs and former international relations instructor at Yale University. A veteran diplomat, Dr. Blum was assistant to Secretary of Defense James Forrestal; chief of the U.S. Special Technical and Economic Mission to Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam; and assistant deputy for economic affairs to President Eisenhower’s special representative for the Mutual Security Administration in Europe. During World War II, he was awarded the French Legion of Honor and Croix de Guerre and the United States Medal for Freedom. Dr. Blum was educated at the University of California and the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.

Had a hard time getting started, a lot of this information seems scrubbed for some reason. Here is the start of my research which shows a tie to the CFR. It appears Robert Blums position on China and the steady diet of hostile public statements about communist China positioned the CFR to become involved under the guise of "repair":
The Council turned in earnest to the problem of communist China early in the 1960s. Various Council publications had started developing the idea of a “two-China” policy—recognition of both the Nationalist government of Taiwan and the communist government on the mainland. This, Council authors suggested, might be the least bad policy direction. Professor A. Doak Barnett published a trail-blazing book for the Council in 1960, Communist China and Asia. A major Council study of relations between the United States and China commenced in 1964, the year China exploded its first nuclear bomb; the group met systematically for the next four years. “Contentment with the present stalemate in relations with the Chinese is not statesmanship,” declared Robert Blum of the Asia Society, the first director of the project. “American impatience and the strong currents of political emotion often make it impossible to plan ahead to manage our policy in a persevering but flexible way.”
This seemed just the sort of political stalemate that the Council on Foreign Relations, free of electoral and partisan constraints, was endowed to repair. Midway through the project, the Council published an analysis of public opinion called The American People and China by A. T. Steele, who reached the unexpected conclusion that Americans were more willing than many of their elected officeholders to forge new relations with China. This study argued that it was only a steady diet of hostile public statements that had made Americans “disposed to believe the worst of communist China and they [the Chinese] the worst of us.”

>Robert Blum
From NYTimes ~1977:
The Committee for Free Asia, according to former C.I.A. officials, was founded as the Eastern counterpart of the Free Europe Committee. It later changed its name to the Asia Foundation. It still ex-ists, though its ties to the C.I.A. were severed a decade ago. The Asia Foundation was headed for years by the late Robert Blum. who, several sources said, resigned from the C.I.A. to take it over. The foundation provided cover for at least one C.I.A. operative and carried out a variety of media-related ventures, including a pro-gram, begun in 1955, of selecting and paying the expenses of Asian journalists for a year of study in Harvard's pres-tigious Neiman Fellowship program.

Named after Elihu Yale.
"The records of this period mention a flourishing slave trade in Madras, a trade in which Yale participated and from which he profited. He enforced a law that at least ten slaves should be carried on every ship bound for Europe. In his capacity as judge he also on several occasions sentenced so-called "black criminals" to whipping and enslavement. When the demand began to increase rapidly, the English merchants even began to kidnap young children and deport them to distant parts of the world, very much against their will."

Salovey’s rabbinic legacy:
"The family traces its origins to Chaim of Volozhin (1749-1821), founder of the Volozhin Yeshiva, a new and ambitious model in Jewish education, which effectively centralized and internationalized the Jewish academy. The academy endures as a model for present-day ultra-Orthodox institutions. Chaim Soloveitchik, his great-grandson, went on to become one of the greatest Talmudic scholars of the 19th century, renowned for his highly analytical, innovative and strict teaching of Jewish law, known as the Brisker method"

It seems to be the same as all the rest of the "foundations". For Christ sake they all seem to be the same. I wonder if they are all under an umbrella of some kind. Like the CIA perhaps? May have relevance, I'm not sure.

Speaking of suicide cults, only LOOSELY related, possibly to the Asia Foundation, is this article.
"Hillary Clinton is a congenital liar who lies about lying. When caught lying, she proclaims her accuser is the liar and that she alone has a monopoly on the truth. But it's far worse than that, really. When you look at her policies, the "hatred in her heart" pointed out by Trump, the criminality, the money laundering, the threats against female victims of Bill's sexual assaults, the violation of national security laws and the psychopathic personality she exhibits, it's clear that Hillary Clinton wants to be the leader of America's SUICIDE CULT."
https://www.naturalnews .com/055596_Hillary_Clinton_suicide_cult_destruction_of_America.html
Summed up, it's just pure craziness.. the entire political ideological system we know doesn't work (well, it works for a handful of people very well!)
Why should I be forced to pollute and ruin the planet just to survive? That's criminal. Working is great, but work LOCALLY and we should all be working on advanced solutions towards electricity, and free energy sources.
Anyways, yeah.. all these 'foundations' are nothing more than the rich people who own the planet 'throwing a bone' to make themselves look like they're doing good, while doing harm.
Zero altruism there.

Reading a 2009 TAF document on contingency planning for a NK collapse at the moment.
asiafoundation.org/resources/pdfs/DPRKContingencyCUSKP0908.pdf
These guys seem pretty well convinced in 2009 that NK is looking at 5 years at best before it will collapse. Now looking back not only did the country survive a transition to a new leader & purge but went on to climb out of the dirt to develop sophisticated uranium processing, ICBM's and functional nuke. Now people still chuckle and say that's 40's tech but that's still a major achievement for a failing state. Something here is really not adding up at all for me, something turned the table for NK after that report was written

Some articles connect Barrack Obama with the Indonesian Muslim cult of Subud. More articles and some videos can be found in a web search.
Obama's mother was a cult member. Obama bears a facial resemblance to the cult's founder(!).
- Do you recall Loretta Fuddy, the Hawaii health department official who got that position just before producing a purported Obama birth certificate? Then died mysteriously in a Cessna plane emergency water landing, although nobody else died? Fuddy was chairwoman of Subud USA in 2006-2008.

The 2nd article's author fills in some more details about Subud, Dunham, Obama, Fuddy, etc., then attempts to link the cult to the United Nations, Soviet-era spying activities, and resettlement of "refugees" in the U.S. as deep cover spies and operatives.
Neither article explicitly mentions The Asia Foundation; it may or may not be related. It certainly sheds some strange light on Barrack Hussein Obama (Soetoro, Soebarakh).

USAID has strong ties to TAF.
However, the Clowns are tied to USAID as well. From Wikipedia:
Some critics[144][145][146][147] say that the US government gives aid to reward political and military partners rather than to advance genuine social or humanitarian causes abroad. William Blum has said that in the 1960s and early 1970s USAID has maintained "a close working relationship with the CIA, and Agency officers often operated abroad under USAID cover."[148] The 1960s-era Office of Public Safety, a now-disbanded division of USAID, has been mentioned as an example of this, having served as a front for training foreign police in counterinsurgency methods (including torture techniques).[149]

CIA Int Propaganda Projects - Asia Foundation - Harvard
Article - Worldwide Propaganda Network Built by the C.I.A.
NEW YORK TIMES DEC. 26, 1977
One of the C.I.A.'s first major ventures was broadcasting, Although long suspected, it was reported definitively only a few years ago that until 1971 the agency supported both Radio Free Europe, which continues, with private financing, to broadcast to the nations of Eastern Europe, and Radio Liberty, which is beamed at the Soviet Union itself.
The Committee for Free Asia, according to former C.I.A. officials, was founded as the Eastern counterpart of the Free Europe Committee. It later changed its name to the Asia Foundation. It still exists, though its ties to the C.I.A. were severed a decade ago.
The Asia Foundation was headed for years by the ‘ late Robert Blum, who, several sources said, resigned from the C.I.A. to take it over. The foundation provided cover for at least one C.I.A. operative and carried out a variety of media‐related ventures, including a program, begun in 1955, of selecting and paying the expenses of Asian journalists for a year of study in Harvard's prestigious Neiman Fellowship program.

Obama Sanctioned Iran More Than NK
“[T]here is a misperception by many that we’ve maxed out, including President Obama when he said that North Korea was the most heavily sanctioned, most cut-off nation on Earth,” Klingner said.
But, Klingner added, Obama was just “flat out wrong” in saying that. Klingner isn’t the only one saying that, though.
According to Politico’s Peter Harrell, “North Korea’s economy is not as isolated from the global economy as most Americans believe”:
North Korea is heavily integrated with the Chinese economy, and North Korea also trades with India, Pakistan, Russia, Angola, Saudi Arabia and other countries. Korean trade with China alone likely amounted to more than $5.8 billion in 2016 after rising by a factor of more than 10 since 2000. In total, North Korea’s exports and imports were nearly one-third of North Korea’s gross domestic product in 2015 — a higher trade dependence than Iran had in 2010, when the U.S. and our international allies finally got serious about imposing sanctions on Tehran.
Harrell continued:
Furthermore, the narrative that North Korea is on the verge of economic collapse is incorrect. Estimates of North Korea’s GDP generally run at least $30 billion a year. North Korean per capita income rose more than 15 percent between 2013 and 2015. Travelers to North Korea report anecdotal signs of growth, including a construction boom and new traffic in Pyongyang. Much like Iran’s supreme leader in 2009, Kim Jong Un today has little reason to worry his country is facing insolvency.
All of this supports Klingner’s point that the U.S. has imposed sanctions on Iran that it has not imposed on North Korea, thus debunking Obama’s claim that North Korea was the most heavily sanctioned country on Earth.
“We can debate why, but the fact is they were pulling their punches,” Klingner told TheBlaze. “Whatever his [Obama’s] reasoning, he didn’t want to anger China. He didn’t want to anger North Korea. He wanted to kick the can down the road. He drew red lines and didn’t fulfill them.
“Whatever the reasons are, it was not fully enforcing U.S. law,” Klingner said.

A pleasure SS, thanks for your support and help here, you *rock* as always!
Appreciating your logical mind, do you have any advice on now we can start to break it down? My ideas were to first make headings and add all proofs (links, images, docs) we have underneath them. i.e. 'Obamas Parents Were CXA', 'CXA Created The Asia Foundation' 'CXA Funded The Asia Foundation', 'The Asia Foundation Funded Asian Gov Takeovers' etc.
From there the flow chart team would have their flow info and we could also start to make meme text bytes and get the artists and magicians in. Would you suggest a better method/s to organize / take this forward?

Could Robert Blum be the father of Fake Media/News?
2 articles by Sang Joon Lee:
The Asia Foundation's Motion-Picture Project and the Cultural Cold War in Asia
Sang Joon Lee
Drawing on archival materials from the Asia Foundation records at the Hoover Institution Archives and the Robert Blum Papers at Yale University Library, this article focuses on the origins and development of the Federation of Motion Picture Producers in Asia (FPA) by unveiling the existence of the Asia Foundation (TAF) and its forgotten motion-picture projects in Asia. Under the leadership of its first president, Robert Blum (1953–1962), the Asia Foundation, a private nonprofit organization, was actively involved in the motion-picture industries in Cold War Asia. The Asia Foundation covertly supported anticommunist motion-picture industry personnel, ranging from producers, directors, and technicians to critics and writers in Japan, Hong Kong, Burma, and South Korea, as well as American and British motion-picture producers in Malaysia and Thailand through clandestine activities.
The Emergence of the Asian Film Festival: Cold War Asia and Japan’s Reentrance to the Regional Film Industry in the 1950s
Sang Joon Lee
As the first inter-Asian film organization in the region, the Federation of Motion Picture Producer’s Association of Asia (FPA) began in 1953 under the passionate leadership of Nagata Masaichi, president of Daiei studio in Japan. A year later, FPA’s annual event, the Asian Film Festival, was held in Tokyo. The festival was not a conventional film festival but a regional alliance summit for film executives of “free Asia,” which accompanied the screenings of each participant’s annual outputs, a series of forums, and film equipment fairs and exhibitions. This article delineates the cultural, economic, and political logic(s) that gave rise to and modified the Asian Film Festival by arguing that the history of the festival, at least its first five years, resulted from the U.S.-driven Cold War politics that enunciated the new map of “free Asia,” an anticommunist bloc that was controlled by a new hegemonic regime, America.
Feng Yueh:
Yueh moved to Hong Kong and joined the Great Wall Company as a director, then in 1959 became a director at the Shaw Brothers studio.
Great Wall Pictures Corporation:
In 1948, Zhang Shankun co-founded with Yuan Yang'an the Great Wall Pictures Corporation. The momentum for developing a Mandarin film industry was established but Zhang and Yuan departed company when the finances and administration of Great Wall became influenced by events happening in China. Yuan stayed in the reorganised Great Wall Movie Enterprises Ltd, which became identified with left-wing tendencies.
Shaw Brother:
In 1957, Run Run Shaw moved to Hong Kong, set up a new company, Shaw Brothers (Hong Kong) Ltd., and built a new studio at Clearwater Bay, which officially opened in 1961 as Movietown.[4] In the mid-1960s, Movietown was the largest and best-equipped studio in Chinese filmmaking as well as the then-largest privately owned studio in the world, with 15 stages, two permanent sets, state-of-the-art film-making equipment and facilities, as well as 1,300 employees.

You and all anons are most welcome! Had just popped on and your post popped up. Happy to contribute that tidbit and hopefully work on a flow chart shortly.
The timing of Committee for a Free Asia forming right before the Korean War, and then tweaking the name to the Asia Foundation right after the war (which never actually 'ended'…it was an armistice, not a peace declaration/treaty), with clear evidence of SeaEyeA funding and staffing from the jump. Even current board members serve or have served on the Council on Foreign Relations.
With the timing, it's entirely logical to consider that the Asia Foundation may be the 'government' of North Korea, for whatever purposes it is being 'governed.'

If the Asia Foundation is the actual governing body of North Korea, it would explain why China has not done more to address what the world perceives as a profound threat lurking just over its southern border. China deals with the Asia Foundation, not with Kim Jung Un and the NK marionettes.
China has built islands where once there was only ocean. It could have snuffed NK at any point in time, 17 times over, if a true threat existed. Russia as well. The Asia Foundation is the actual governing body of NK…I am utterly convinced.

"Back in the 1960s,
two oil companies linked with the Rockefeller dynasty – Stanvac and
Caltex – felt that their investments in Indonesia were threatened by
President Sukarno, who was considered soft on Communism. Stanvac, for
our purposes, is simply another name for Mobil. "
"To protect American business interests, the CIA engineered a coup in
Indonesia in the 1965-67 period, which led to one of the most appalling
episodes of mass murder in history. Over 500,000 people died in the
resultant bloodbath, which ended with the installation of a CIA puppet
named Suharto. "
"Lolo Sotero, Barack Obama's stepfather, was the key liaison between
Mobil/Stanvac and the Suharto regime. "
" … why many
left-leaning journals rarely discuss the relationship between the FF and
the CIA. The Ford Foundation has tossed a fair chunk of money at the
left-wing media. That loot may explain why the old left media (Z
magazine, The Nation, and so forth) tended to avoid CIA stories. "
"Petras names the exchange of high-ranking personnel between
the CIA and the Foundation, Ford Foundation's big donations to the
CIA-backed Congress for Cultural Freedom, the former Foundation
president Richard Bissell's relationship with DCI Allen Dulles and
involvement with the Marshall Plan during the 1950s …"
"Bill Clinton was said by three biographers to have been
recruited by the Agency while at Georgetown. At least one of them
referred to having an eyewitness to his '201' (government personnel)
file. Others have claimed something similar about Hillary Clinton (but no
mainstream biographers, to my knowledge, and without the claim of anyone
having seen documentary evidence). "
"One thing it might explain would be the meteoric rise of Obama from
junior senator to president status, just as it appears Clinton had
powerful patrons boosting his youthful rise to national prominence and
the Oval Office. "

The funder of the TAF?:
Paul Helliwell
From Author Peter Dale Scott:
"In 1951, Mr. Helliwell helped set up and run Sea Supply Corp., a concern controlled by the CIA as a front. For almost 10 years, Sea Supply was used to supply huge amounts of weapons and equipment to 10,000 Nationalist Chinese [KMT] troops in Burma as well as to Thailand’s police… Both the KMT troops in Burma and the Thai Police were the two main arms of the CIA-KMT-Burma-Thai drug connection, and were involved together in the growth and trafficking of opium for the world market, including the United States.
In the new Deep State book, on page 25, Scott links Helliwell (CAT, later Air America; and Sea Supply Inc in Bangkok) to E.P. Barry postwar head of OSS Countereintelligence (X-2) in Vienna, which oversaw the recovery of SS gold in Operation Safehaven, and introduces speculation Donovan and Dulles between shutdown of OSS in 1945 and creation of CIA in 1947 used recovered SS gold to initiate the Bangkok drug connection."
According to Scott, Helliwell was the chief architect of the CIA-drug connection in the far east, creator of the CIA-linked Castle bank in the Bahamas, counsel to the Miami National bank, a mob money laundering bank, creator of Sea Supply inc. in Bangkok and CAT inc. in Taiwan, that became the infrastructure of the CIA's covert operations with drug trafficking armies in SE Asia.

The Asia Foundation has the most extensive donor list I've ever seen.
Donors include Rockefeller Foundation, the McConnell Foundation, the U.S. Dept. of Justice and the U.S. State Department.
Oh yeah, and Twitter.
Epic fucking list…of course they begin with the individuals (some of the $25k+ people are board members) and follow with the corporations, then the state agencies and governments.
https://asiafoundation.org/ways-to-give/our-donors/
I wrote a $2.1m grant that was awarded and funded by the DOJ, but I've never, EVER seen an NGO with a donor list like this. Literally HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS may be flowing through the Asia Foundation ANNUALLY.

I apologize for the length, but I think all points are relevant. This info was copypasta from wiki. I just want to point out that Donovan was in Asia when all this early TAF activity was going down, the head of the "Father of the CIA" basically based out of Asia. I am beginning to think Q wants us to look at the history of the opiod funding for the CIA. Couple this with Paul Helliwell and it makes a strong crumb. Enjoy…

William J. Donovan
Part One
Known as the "Father of American Intelligence" and the "Father of Central Intelligence". "The Central Intelligence Agency regards Donovan as its founding father".
1941
On July 11, 1941, Roosevelt signed an order naming Donovan Coordinator of Information (COI)
October 1941 Organized the COI's New York headquarters in Room 3603 of Rockefeller Center in New York and asked Allen Dulles to head it.
1942
The COI ceased being a White House operation and was placed under the aegis of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Donovan was returned to active duty in the U.S. Army in his World War I rank of colonel. Named Director of the Office of Strategic Services June 13, 1942
1943
Promoted to Brigadier General
1944
Promoted to Major General. Under his leadership the OSS would eventually conduct successful espionage and sabotage operations in Europe and parts of Asia… In China, he struggled with Chiang Kai-shek and his underlings for permission to carry out espionage activities in their territory. He inspected OSS operations in Burma
1945
As World War II began to wind to a close in early 1945, Donovan began to focus on preserving the OSS beyond the end of the war. A February 19 article in the Washington Times-Herald revealed his plans for a postwar intelligence agency and published a secret memo he had sent to Roosevelt proposing its creation.
In Nuremberg, Donovan interrogated many prisoners, including Hermann Göring, whom he spoke with ten times.
After Roosevelt's death in April Donovan's political position was substantially weakened. Although he argued forcefully for the OSS's retention, he found himself opposed by the new president, Harry S. Truman. While the OSS got "glowing reviews" from many wartime commanders, notably Eisenhower, who described its contributions as "vital", critics dismissed it as "an arm of British intelligence" and, like the Times-Herald reporter, painted dark pictures of it as an American Gestapo in the making.
In 1946
Donovan resumed the practice of law and began writing a history of American intelligence since the Revolution – a book he never completed. He traveled extensively in Europe and Asia and ran unsuccessfully for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate.

William J. Donovan
Part Two
1947
Truman recognized the need for a far stronger intelligence service, and in February 1947 asked Congress to approve plans for a Central Intelligence Agency along the lines Donovan had proposed. Among the OSS members who went on to become major CIA figures were Allen Dulles, William Casey, William Colby, and James Jesus Angleton.
Donovan wanted to lead the CIA, and had many supporters who urged Truman to put him in charge. Instead, the president gave the job to Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter.
~1948-1951
After returning from abroad, U.S. businessmen and ambassadors passed information to Donovan that he shared with the CIA. Instead of being grateful for Donovan's help, Truman was furious, considering him an intrusive meddler.
1952
Donovan campaigned for Eisenhower, who had become a good friend since the war. After his victory, Donovan hoped to be named CIA head, but instead Eisenhower appointed Allen Dulles.
1953
Eisenhower offered to make Donovan the Ambassador to France, but Donovan turned down the offer, not wanting to work closely with John Foster Dulles, for whom he had little respect. In August 1953, however, he did accept the post of Ambassador to Thailand, because the country was an important Cold War front and the position was one in which he felt he could operate with relative independence from Secretary Dulles.
Donovan took up that post on September 4. While in Thailand, he frequently traveled to Vietnam, which was vulnerable to Communist takeover. One source says that he "was deeply involved in setting up C.I.A. operations in Vietnam and throughout Southeast Asia."
1954
Although his performance as ambassador received glowing reviews from the Thai government, he resigned from his position effective August 21, 1954. After returning to the U.S., he resumed his law practice and registered as a lobbyist for the Thai government. Eisenhower made him chairman of the People to People Foundation, a group that arranged international citizen exchanges; Donovan also worked with the International Rescue Committee, co-founded American Friends of Vietnam, and in 1956 raised a large sum of money for Hungarian refugees.
1957
While in Thailand, Donovan began experiencing symptoms of dementia and was hospitalized in 1957. While in the hospital, he "imagined he saw the Red Army coming over the 59th Street bridge, into Manhattan, and in one memorable last mission, fled the hospital, wandering down the street in his pajamas." Shortly before his death, he was visited by Eisenhower, who later told a friend that Donovan was "the last hero".
Donovan died at the age of 76 from complications of vascular dementia on February 8, 1959, at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Upon learning of his death, the CIA sent a cable to its station chiefs: "The man more responsible than any other for the existence of the Central Intelligence Agency has passed away."

William Donovan was only active for a very short time at the time of TAF's inception, per your quoted wiki.
"Although his performance as ambassador received glowing reviews from the Thai government, he resigned from his position effective August 21, 1954. After returning to the U.S., he resumed his law practice and registered as a lobbyist for the Thai government. Eisenhower made him chairman of the People to People Foundation, a group that arranged international citizen exchanges; Donovan also worked with the International Rescue Committee, co-founded American Friends of Vietnam, and in 1956 raised a large sum of money for Hungarian refugees."
Not seeing profound TAF connection with either of these folks. Hope you're not sliding over here.

I am digging at the start of the TAF, I see the other posts. I think it is important to understand the beginning and the motivation and why get into the drug trade. I know it is from wiki, but I have also dug much further and want to encourage other to do so as well. I have not looked at any information after 1960 at this point. I really feel Donovan being in Asia with Helliwell for ~7 years is something worth presenting. Block me if you wish.

Last post, I promise
By the late 1950s, it was clear that theme parks were the future of Disney. The company’s first park, California’s Disneyland, had saved it from bankruptcy and was soon generating huge profits. A second location was only logical, and Walt Disney himself soon had his heart set on Florida. (A probably apocryphal legend claims that he initially wanted it in St. Louis but changed his mind after feeling insulted by local Budweiser executives.) But there were challenges to be faced: Disneyland was such a huge money-spinner that local landowners were sure to jack up their prices once they heard Walt was sniffing around for a second space. Additionally, Walt was furious that cheap hotels and businesses had sprung up around his California location, ruining the ambiance. In Florida, he wanted to be in complete control.
To help him achieve that, Walt turned to two of the most notorious spies in American history. William “Wild Bill” Donovan was the founder of the OSS, the World War II–era spy agency that eventually morphed into the CIA. As such, he has a serious claim to be the founder of modern US espionage. By the late ‘50s, Donovan had been unceremoniously retired from government service and was heading up his own law firm, which Disney quickly hired.
He also hired Paul Helliwell, an incredibly shady figure who ran CIA front operations in Southeast Asia and the Caribbean and who usually shows up in the various conspiracy theories about CIA drug trafficking. Helliwell’s job was to use his CIA experience to set up a number of shell companies, which would be able to buy land in central Florida without anybody realizing it was really being bought by Disney.
That part of the plan went off without a hitch, with Helliwell snapping up land for as low as $80 an acre while Donovan’s law firm ran a disinformation campaign to prevent anyone working out who was really behind the purchases. When word finally got out that the land was for Disney, the price ballooned up to $80,000 an acre, but by that point the space for the park had been acquired at an average of just $200 an acre. But Disney still needed to make sure he completely controlled the land—and that meant getting the government out of the picture as well. Luckily, Helliwell had a solution.
The CIA man advised Disney to set up “puppet governments” in the form of two fake cities. Since nobody actually lived in the area, Disney would just need to place a couple of hand-picked employees in the cities to totally control the local government. This was probably illegal and arguably unconstitutional, but with the aid of a compliant state legislature, the cities (Bay Lake and Lake Buena Vista) were duly incorporated. They still exist today, with a combined population of 44 people, all of them Disney employees, or retired employees, or the children of employees. The citizens elect officials and decide what ordinances to pass, but “if they didn’t vote Disney’s way regularly, you can be sure they wouldn’t be Disney employees or living on Disney property much longer.” By controlling the cities, Disney controls local government, making Walt Disney World a magical kingdom indeed.

The stolen history of the CIA and the Asian Foundation
Try this: https://www.muckrock.com/news/archives/2017/nov/02/taf-1/
Note the predecessor to the TAF … (CFA).
Also see March 1967 issue of Rampart's Magazine (pp 29-39). This is in reference to this:
"A prime mover behind this change of heart appeared to be Walter Raymond, who surely knew TAF’s earlier status as a CIA “proprietary.” In 1966, Ramparts magazine exposed that relationship and led the Johnson administration to terminate the CIA’s money."
"According to an April 12, 1967 memo from the State Department’s historical archives, CIA Director Richard Helms, responding to a White House recommendation, “ordered that covert funding of The Asia Foundation (TAF) shall be terminated at the earliest practicable opportunity."
Interesting article on Ramparts here (just some info about the magazine):

TAF reported $95m in government funding in 2016, with an additional $25m in 'donations'.
(source: TAF's 2016 Form 990 filed with IRS)
How does $120m sound in terms of a SeaEyeA slush fund? Enough to run a country, or maintain a veneer of such whilst engaged in other activities?
Note that board members are not compensated. Wonder where Elizabeth Economy, the board member who sits on the Council for Foreign Relations, gets money enough to 'donate' over $25k in one year to TAF.

I suspect there's a connection between TAF/CIA and Subud but I haven't found it yet.
wikipedia.org/wiki/Subud
>In Jakarta, Husein Rofé, an English linguist who had been living in Indonesia since 1950, met Pak Subuh. Rofé had been searching for a spiritual path and became the first non-Indonesian to be opened. Subud moved outside of Indonesia when Rofé attended a religious congress in Japan in 1954. Subud first spread internationally into Japan, followed by Hong Kong and Cyprus. In 1957, Rofé (who was then in London) suggested that Pak Subuh visit Britain. Pak Subuh accepted the invitation and visited the home of John G. Bennett in Coombe Springs. It was at this time that many UK followers of George Gurdjieff were initiated into Subud, including Bennett himself, though he later left the group. Over the next 14 months Pak Subuh visited many countries before returning to Indonesia.

Found this gem Asia Foundation- https://www.cagw.org/search/node/Asia%20Foundation
$5,000,000 for the Asia Foundation, which is “committed to improving lives across a dynamic and developing Asia.” Since FY 1997, members of Congress have directed 10 earmarks totaling $59.6 million to the Asia Foundation. $4,400,000 for the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), which promotes and invests in grassroots projects in the Caribbean and Latin America. President Obama proposed a reduction in funding for IAF in each of his budgets, including a cut of 1.3 percent, from $22.5 million to $22.2 million in FY 2017, and has recommended that IAF continue to seek partnerships with corporate foundations to leverage additional funding. Since FY 2001, IAF has received four earmarks totaling $25.2 million.

The Asia Group, LLC
$11,000,000 for the East-West Center in Hawaii. In a moment of rare candor, Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii) admitted in 2007, after receiving an award from the East-West Center, that there were no congressional hearings before it was created in 1960. The State Department, which was given the responsibility and funding for establishing the East-West Center, knew nothing about it, the senator said, and for years tried to kill it by putting no funding for the center into its budget.
