To be fair, neither really. He translated Tenra but said that he doesn't plan on doing Terra because he'll not translate games with such misoginistic art anymore.
If that's his opinion, fine. I don't care. What I do care about is that he's still not releasing games that have been "kickstarted" years ago. That and that he's just lying through his teeth about japanese media for a few drops of tasty tasty koolaid.

That, alongside Samurai 7, are really close to the base setting of Tenra. It's the same kind of Scifi-fantasy steampunk mix. You could probably play a game in that setting with almost no modification. Though you could also remove some more stuff, if you want to play one that is set in real feudal Japan.
